Kassandra's Mexican Kitchen — Restaurant in Keller

Not sure what happened to my first review, but here it is again.

First time we came the service was terrible. The waiter was socializing with other staff the entire time we were there. The food was just ok. Kind of bland. It was hard to get his attention due to his playing on his phone with other staff. After finally getting his attention, it felt like we were interrupting him. We paid and left.

We decided to give it a second chance. This time we came in the service was a little better. The waitress was a little more attentive and the food was ok.

The third time was a charm. We had the waiter we had on our first visit. It started with him giving us one menu for three people. He did take our drink order right away. He stated he would bring us more menus in a minute. He returned with the drinks and no menus. 10 mins later still no menu. I located him with staff doing something on a phone. That was enough for me. I asked for the check. paid and We Will Not Be Back.

Definitely explore other options for your Mexican cuisine. This place might be good to some, but trust me there are a lot better places in the area. Highly...

The atmosphere here is nice. However, service is sometimes subpar, and they lack self-awareness. Today, I ordered a dish. At the end the dish was not eaten and the plate was completely full. They asked to take the plate and ran off without asking why I didn't eat my food. I paid, reduced tip to 15% because of the subpar service and lack of concern to find out why I was unhappy with food. I could have said something, but the waitress was a little rude already. A little waste of money, but peace of mind I am certain I should not return.

The two visits prior to this visit, I had got sick and contributed it to food at Kassandra's. It had been sometime before I decided to return for this visit and only did because a friend desired to go here. I did not get sick on the last visit, but I didn't really eat my meal. I think everything was more fresh this time, but I question if some days they use day old...

Another lovely dinner at Kassandra's. As usual the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. A lovely place to enjoy an August evening meal.

My daughter had been ill, so I decided to get takeout. My son and I looked at the menu, and I proceeded to order.

They had a full house that night, December 23, with multiple large parties. Staff was moving around, making sure that everything was going well at their tables.

It took longer than the manager expected to get my meal ready. I have worked food service and appreciated how quickly I was accommodated. Busy nights like this can easily turn into nightmares. If there were any nightmares, they stayed behind closed doors.
