Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the jewelry and the way I was treated. I bought a Medusa head (Versace-style) ring for around $180–$190. A few months later, the Medusa head fell off—and a diamond came loose too. I called the store and was told they’d only fix it if I found the Medusa head. Luckily, I did. I brought it in, and they replaced both the head and the diamond. I never received a call saying it was ready—it sat there for almost a month until I called to ask about it.

I picked up the ring on March 18th. Just a few hours later while at work, the Medusa head fell off again. I didn’t get a chance to call until March 22nd, and when I did, I was shocked at how rude the response was. I explained the situation and was told: “What exactly do you want us to do?” Then the call “hung up.” I called back, and the person said she’d talk to the manager. When she returned, she told me the manager supposedly warned me not to get the ring wet (which never happened), and that the head is just glued on, so there’s nothing they can do.

I never asked for a refund—I was simply looking for a solution. They could have offered to fix it again or at least stand by their product. Instead, I was dismissed and hung up on twice.

What a great family jewelry store!!! I was welcomed by Mrs. Liria (YAYA), the owner, and I showed her what was a pendant that had a lot of sentimental value converted into a "cheap looking ring" by another jewelry store and I told her my experience and that I wanted this to be a beautiful ring. She immediately gave me 2 wonderful ideas on what the ring would look like BUT she realized the other jewelry store had cut off the base part and they needed to come up with a custom design.

YAYA went to the back to show her husband, LUCAS what had happened to the base, I met with both of them in a very nice and caring atmosphere; LUCAS explained step by step what he needed to do in order to create a ring with a true master in the jewelry design. I went to pick up the ring today, I was excited to see what my ring would look like and when I got there everyone was so excited waiting for me to see the ring. It was more beautiful that I could ever imagine. They did an AMAZING JOB.

I’m giving them 2 stars because in light of the pandemic ,there hasn’t been many things to smile about. So when I broke my daughters favorite necklace cleaning it; you could imagine how grieved I was (I mean where am I gonna find a jeweler open during these times) . Yet, I jumped on google and found out this jewelry store was open with walk-ins ;so I called a head the day before and came in the next day. However ,they had a real can’t do attitude but insisted on making business; gave me every excuse why they couldn’t sauter my daughters link or even try and instead just shortened the necklace by 3 cm.
