If I could give this place a -5, believe me, I would. This wait time and manner in which the workers were taking on this situation was ridiculous. We got there at 10:30, to the window around 11:05 and didn’t leave until 11:55. We had a good multitude of orders but we were waiting for a while. When we got to the window we were told to move to the side because the screen deleted our orders, so we would have to wait for all the cars behind us to get their food (it was already a long line). They told us our order was ready and they just had to ring up our orders so that we can pay. We waited for a bit before they let us in, and the guy you rung our order was as slow as a turtle. We got our meals, but all 8 fries were basically frozen and soggy, which just added onto the worry. We had to tell them so we could receive fresh fries, and we obviously waited even longer. Then we waited forever as well to receive a ups to put our drinks in. We had a curfew at 11, and didn’t get back at school until 12. When we finally got to the school we realized that most of the food was already cold (we only live about 4 minutes away). I was told yes no problem., it's just going to be a few minutes. I told them I don't mind waiting as long as my order is fresh. Waited for like almost 15 and what happened as we drove off (heading to San A) the fries were old and tasted like if they put the fries back in the grease to hear them up and the nuggets were not fresh. Read moreWorst and slowest service. First I had another corporate coupon for a free burger, just like the one attached (different item), and my husband got denied the discount. He gets the burger but they were no where near on getting the frappe ready for him so he cancelled the order that he had fully paid for. I go in and ask why had they declined the coupon, so the cashier said it was not approved by "his manager," so I request this manager, which was a shift leader, who said she had to consult shift manager because she was unsure. 🙄 Seriously?! Why are you in charge, then? While I was waiting another lady came in from a drive-thru order for a really long time and still hadn't received her order, plus an elderly couple who had not had their order taken, left because of the wait time.
