5 stars My family and I recently visited this new ice cream and snowball shop in Rivertown, Kenner—and we were blown away! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The ice cream was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The shop itself is super clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and there’s a large parking lot right next door, which made everything easy. Plus, it’s in a great location with other restaurants nearby, making it a perfect stop on a weekend outing.

This area just keeps getting better, and I’ve even heard a river terminal is in the works down the street, which could bring paddle boats like the Natchez to the area. This snowball spot is the one. The ice is soft like baby cheeks fresh out the crib. None of that crunchy ice business. The flavors hit just right, especially the natural ones (strawberry, mango, and one other). Tastes like somebody’s grandma hand-pressed the fruit and said a little prayer over it.

They can handle any line. They keep the line flowing unlike the slowball stand down the road. And yes, they take tap payment. If they didn't then I'd be droopy every time I went. Cause it's 2025. Who carries...

We all loved our flavors! You can taste samples of their homemade ice cream and their snoball ice is so soft and perfect. I had gotten the Matcha snoball stuffed with the homemade honeycomb ice cream. And let's just say it was to die for! The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was just amazing! When my daughter slipped and hit her chin, they made sure she was okay and gave her some ice to put on it. (And eat lol) 10/10 would...
