PJ's Coffee is my favorite place to get coffee in New Orleans. This location is nice, but this morning i ordered an iced mocha and the girl at the counter entered it as a mocha latte and my order was incorrect. i asked to have it over ice and the barista remade it, but the cashier decided to shame me by announcing loudly "well he ordered a mocha latte and that's how i rang it up." This reflects very poorly on PJ’s, and while Irma was polite once inside, her behavior right outside the door on PJ’s property and on the clock was unprofessional...
