PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Kenner

As I walked in the owner had his phone in his hand. He put it down on the counter where they prepare the drinks. He did not wash his hands as I made my order he went straight to the refrigerator and got out the milk. I went to the bathroom and he took another person's order, touched the register and again did not wash his hands. Now we all know that a register and phones can be the dirtiest things out there and this is the owner! He was very rude, he did not look at me,he did not make me feel welcome at all. I have spent many hours over the last 20 years doing my own work while drinking coffee and eating snacks at this location. Love the large window and the Oak trees that are visible right across the parking lot. The workers are very friendly, and the atmosphere is friendly. This location is not college-age heavy. Here you will find a mix of middle school and high school students, senior citizens, and families, depending on the day and time of your visit. I used to do work there until 9PM until they started closing at 6PM. The employees are extremely polite and kind. We grabbed coffee and breakfast and it is a new favorite! The coffee is strong and has a great flavor. They offer oat milk, which most places don't even carry. We bought some sous vide egg whites and regular eggs and they were the best sous vide eggs we've ever had. Way better than Starbucks!
