If you pick up your order, you shouldn't have any issues. However, if you choose delivery be prepared for a very unpleasant experience. Twice in the the last month I have received inaccurate orders. The fist time half my order was missing. The employee at the store gave me attitude for calling. He told me to call the delivery service number, or come pickup the rest of my order myself. Would you want to go pickup an order you paid to have delivered? Exactly. So, I call the delivery service number. I wait 20 minutes in a phone queue. Then a polite employee gathers my info, calls the store to confirm, and records everything on his end. He says since it was the fault of the driver I would be refunded my delivery fee and the cost if the missing food. Ok. Not so bad. Only he has to send it to someone else that processes such things. It'll take 5-7 business days before my money is returned. Less ok, but whatever. After a 20 minute conversation, I still don't get my order... no one is going to fix it. However I can reorder the same food, pay for it again, and wait for someone who will hopefully deliver it correctly. Um, no thanks... 3 weeks later and my money is nowhere to be seen..... Last night I injured myself and had to order out. I'm a pretty easy going person so I have no problem giving second chances. I order again from the same store. I receive half of my order correctly, two items I did not order (nor want), and missing both my pizzas. How fun, right? I try calling the store, no answer. I call 5 times over the next hour, no answer. I just gave up. This time I was able to contact the delivery guy (he was very nice). He assured me that he asked at the site for my specific order when he went in to remove it from their pickup portal. The employees there verified that was indeed what i ordered, and since he can't open anything to check he had to take their word for it. So, their error, not his. Now on to the mind-boggling part an order was placed for some food 3 days early with a pickup time set. I received a receipt and confirmation emails. Also received the order notification in my app. When a family member went to pick up a said order, the general manager said there was no such order in their system. When the individual showed them the receipt showed them the email. The general manager refused saying it wasn't in his system. There was nothing he could do.
Now my family member was not belligerent but did specify okay. So now we're stealing money from people because we paid for this item. We have a receipt. We have received confirmation emails and you refuse to give us the food at that point in time. The general manager started ignoring my family member.
I understand that food service and retail workers get dumped on everyday, but this was a case where the customer was not belligerent we had all our receipts we had paid for an item and even if it wasn't showing in the system, something should have been done to make it right and the general manager refused. I am at a loss and honestly have never experienced such rude, unprofessional behavior from somebody who is supposed to be running an establishment.

I received an ICE COLD HARD ROCK PIZZA. I call to ask if you place an order on line shouldn’t it be done fresh ? The GM in his own words said “yes” . I said ok why is the cheese pizza I just picked up 3 mins ago is COLD. He got offended and started being rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
