Mongolian & Pho — Restaurant in Kennewick

I have been coming here for a long time and the first time one of the cashiers told me that I could serve whatever the bowl would fit and that I would pay depending on the size of the bowl (not the quantity) so it seemed good to me since I could put everything that fits on the plate but they have their trick because they put all the meats and seafood very frozen so that in this way not much food fits in your bowl and you pay a lot of money for an almost empty plate which is like buying a big bag of cheetos and when you open it you realize that it was only air that contained it. So everything was going well for a couple of years I've been eating here, it seemed like the right price for a plate until the last time they changed the size of the plate. a small plate put it in a medium. and a medium into a large one. They charged me extra .. He said that because I put a lot of food in my bowl, he had to upgraded it. pho lovers : People If u are looking for a good pho don't go to this place this place is a trash. the real pho is in yummy pho restaurant by clearwater...

I will never come back to this establishment again. I have been coming here since we moved here in 2005. My last 2 visits were not the greatest. Last time our food was so spicy from the person before us that we could not eat. Then this go around my wife had a small bowl with hardly anything in it and they upgraded to a medium. When I went to go ask them to put it back in a small bowl the manager refused and went and talked to one of his waitresses to get us away from him so he could go back to cooking. I told them I did not wish to pay for an upgraded bowl as it was a small. They fought me tooth and nail. So we left our plates on the table and our drinks untouched, and the manager came over saying call the police to the waitress. I tried to get her to do the right thing and give good customer service but she absolutely refused. I've come here a bunch and spent alot of money here over the years. Hairy food and horrible service. Left disgusted by the bad food and poor attitudes.. My wife ordered from here and we got hairy food! Needless to say we didn't have a single bite after we found that. We called with no answer and a full voicemail box so we went in the next day to ask for a refund, again due to hair in our food. First we were told, incorrectly, that there were no orders yesterday so we were lying. Then we were told, incorrectly, that we made the food and left the hair so we were lying (guys it was an online order, we didn't make the food and don't produce dark, thick, and long hairs). Then we were told only one of the items could have had a hair in it because it is apparently impossible to have hair in our other dish. The manager was verbally upset with my wife for leaving a "long nasty" review and constantly eluded to us being liars. Only one employee seemed apologetic, the rest were treating us...
