**Review of El Fuego Gyros My recent visit to El Fuego Gyros was nothing short of disappointing due to the abysmal customer service I encountered. Upon entering the store and politely asking the first employee if there was a restroom available, I was met with a blunt "No, sorry." Not satisfied with this response, I asked another worker, who contradicted the first and directed me to the restroom.

However, my ordeal did not end there. As I made my way to the restroom, one of the Gyros workers rudely interjected, stating that the restroom was for customers only. When I calmly informed him that I was indeed a customer, he had the audacity to ask me, "What did you buy?" Overall, my experience at El Fuego Gyros was tarnished by the unprofessional behavior of their staff. It is evident that customer service is not a priority at this establishment, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider dining here if they value basic courtesy and respect from the staff. I was made to feel unwelcome and interrogated, as if my status as a paying customer was under scrutiny.

A hidden jewel in Kenosha, El Fuego Gyros is a rare combination of Mexican and Mediterranean foods supplemented by popular American favorites made fresh in an open kitchen. The fast mostly takeout eatery is located inside the convenience mart section of a gas station known for inexpensive gas. With a dedicated following, it has been the recipient of several "Best of Kenosha" awards for good reason. It serves up some wonderful food. Whether you want every day burgers and dogs, hot deli sandwiches tacos or gyros, you will love the taste. Every day fish fry is available with some additional seafood dishes. Taco Tuesday (five for five) and other specials are available, too. A small space by comparison, there are a few tables to sit down and enjoy your food or get it for takeout. Let me start off by saying YUMMM! Too say I was impressed would be an understatement! They probably have the best gyros in town! My kids are not gyro fans, so they had burgers, which they were even impressed with! The people that were working were so very nice! I called ahead and ordered, so there wasn't much of a wait at all. I would have never expected a restaurant inside of a gas station to be this fabulous! But let's be honest, it's always the ones you don't expect! They did have little tables you could sit and eat at.
