Pa's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kenosha

There wasn't a choice for LESS THAN A STAR............ Just called Pa's for the first time, due to a friend saying it was the BEST pizza in Kenosha. I will never know, due to having the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE of an experience EVER, of calling a pizza establishment. I called when they opened at 4pm. To say the lady, whom later claimed to be the manager, was rude, was BEYOND an understatement. The call, if recorded, could've been sent to a local news station for unbelievably horrendous customer service. Then, to make a long story short, the lady called me back claiming my card didn't go through. There is NO REASON it would not have gone through, other than the nasty woman typing the numbers in wrong. When I called her back and demanded to speak with a manager, she said "I am!" and then I told her the charge had to have gone through, and her EXACT words to me were,"Well, you pay the bill honey, I don't!" And hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am sweating bullets because this nasty woman took my CC number WITH the security code on back!!! By the way….a few minutes later I called another pizza establishment, charge went through fine, and my pizza is on it’s way!!!...

Called last night to place a delivery order. We wanted to try somewhere new and decided on here. I call to place my order and ask for Parmesan she tells me it costs EXTRA for parmesan packets and that they never used to but now they do. No place had EVER charged for Parmesan before. Do they charge for salt packets as well ? Before we hung up I asked a question about paying with my card. She had an annoyed voice like I was inconveniencing her. She said “well you never said anything about a card. We prefer cash” and that it costs $2 extra to use a card. When I usually order pizza anywhere else they always ask if I’m doing cash or card so it slipped my mind to mention it since I never have to the worker always does. She sounded annoyed and said “let me go get the machine” and put me on hold. I asked to put a $7 tip on there for the driver and I’m not sure if this was sarcasm but she said “wow that’s a big tip!” She could’ve been genuine or it could’ve been sarcasm but $7 is enough on a $20 order where I’m already paying a dumb fee to pay in the first place and paying for something as silly as Parmesan....

They get a negative 5. Service was terrible. I order a pizza apparently with paper as a topping! I called to complain the guy on the phone gets smart saying the pizza was fine when it left... Well, when I got it, it's cheese stuck pulling away from the pizza. It may have looked a specific way when left but, when I get the pizza it doesn't look how it apparently is supposed to look to his standard. He hangs up on me cause yes I'm frustrated cause you're telling me what I see!!!! I bring it back he's saying I put the pizza on top of each other... Like how I wasn't there when they made it you weren't there when I got it... So No you rude bleeper I carried the pizza separately unlike your driver!! I wasn't going to order from here in the first place cause their phone etiquette needs some touching up but, my guy loves them. I guess what I'm saying is...
