I highly do NOTrecommend this place of business. The lady with no edges is very very RUDE!! I should have kept going when I first stopped in to speak with her about my hair. She started off telling me that I shouldn't have stopped by because that takes away from her clients. I apologized wholeheartedly. She made it a point to repeat that I shouldn't have walked in her shop after she had responded to me in a text message that I had not seen at the time.. Long story short I asked her about what type of hair I needed to get ,she told me to reach out to her and once I booked my appointment, then she would get back to me and let me know..I got no response. I went to my appointment today letting her know that I was trying to get a hold of her and she got belligerent with me, and then basically told me that she didn't have time for me to run two blocks up the street to get hair, because that would make me extra late. I told her she can keep my 75.00 deposit!!...

I highly recommend coming to CosMair for any of your hair needs. Especially if you aren’t comfortable with coming to stylists and need directions. I came to Mary for a my locs to be retwisted and reformed and she exceeded my expectations. Not only did she take her time to make my locs look the best they have in a while, she listened to my needs and wants for my hair journey . Mary is a honorable women who is honest, fair and open to communicate. I appreciate her openness needing to look more into something prior to experimenting on my hair.I throughly enjoyed my time with Mary and will be coming back! I left relieved to the pressure of having to figure out my hair journey alone with a plan I’m comfortable with.

I never go to hair salons, always had my hair done by family so I was super nervous but Mary made me feel comfortable and at home. She was awesome, honest, and punctual. I came in for my appointment (no wait), parts and edges clean and slayed and braids not too tight not too small, (I really avoid tight braids because of my soft edges) and she considered that and all my concerns😊. Will definitely be booking another appointment AGAIN and will definitely pay full price (not a deposit) AGAIN❤️ Thank you Mary for the amazing first-time-salon-visit❤️ By the way I also love the website, very easy to use and book an...
