Craving Menudo, I looked on Google and found Lomeli. I am new to the area and just moved from the San Diego area of California. I have eaten more Menudo than you could imagine, it is one of my favorite dishes of all. This Menudo was by far the best I have ever had. There isn’t even a close 2nd… the cleanest, freshest best tasting EVER. The market was amazing, the meat and seafood section had so many options to choose from. I love it here. I'm here a couple of times a week. Tonight I went to grab a red bull at 7:46pm. They close at 8. The one lady at the door locked the door in my face after letting another customer out. She didn't even acknowledge me. I went to the other door like wait, I really can't come in? I saw the young lady through the door that went to school with my daughter and she kinda of looked like what the heck is happening? She knows how often I'm in there. I'm a loyal customer. My favorite butcher shop and grocer. The best guacamole , nopalitos Cactus Salad, Carnitas and elote. I think some of which are only available on the week ends. Fast friendly service and good prices. There usually is a line for butcher counter but it moves quickly because there are usually 3 -4 butchers working the counter.
