Decided to try this place after my work had ordered it but what we had at work was very good so im like okay this is a great So I take my boyfriend and my nephew there last night we get to the counter we order our food and they tell us they'll text us when the food's ready Tell us 20 minute wait time okay so we go and sit and we wait and we wait no text I was like well they're really busy so I wait a little bit longer finally at the 35 minute mark I go up there and ask if our food is ready and it is it's been sitting there and I asked the lady I'm like I thought you said we'd get a text she's like oh it's glitching it's always best to come up and check well I wish she would have told us that when we placed the order that it was glitching because by the time we got the food two pizza and mozzarella sticks it was lukewarm because it'd probably been done in 15 minutes but had been sitting there because I was waiting on a text so maybe tell your employees to tell the customers to come check at like the 20 minute mark because your system is glitching will never return again because of that it was a waste of $60 between two large pizzas and the mozzarella sticks and pops The pizza was not good cheese was burned mozzarella sticks we're basically cold cheese didn't even pull apart bad customer service we ended up only eating like a couple slices and bite of the cheese sticks and we just threw it all the...

Can only comment on the food in this review because we ordered delivery. We’re a big family so we rarely dine out- but for what it’s worth- this is a new staple at our house. Also a military family so we’ve lived ALL over the U.S and tried Italian restaurants at every stop. I say that to say this is 100% on our top five list.

The pizza is top tier, the care put into everything from crust to sauce and toppings is evident. Ordered a large for the kids and a vegan cheese option for our dairy free kiddo and when I tell you they ABSOLUTELY INHALED both pizzas, I’m not kidding. May have set a new record.

Additionally, we ordered the Garlic Parm and Sweet Thai wings. The breading was nice- even on a delivery order we got both good crunch and great flavor! Sweet Thai was the overall favorite here, the flavor has unique qualities that separate it from other wing houses.

The chicken tender meal was good (we have one picky eater and she rates it 10/10).

Also- haven’t had cannoli like that since we left NY!

I feel like this is the type or restaurant that will bring us out of the house to dine at in the future....

Went to counter and gave last name for order, they looked and asked if I got txt and I said no, they said I would get txt when ready. Sat for 20min waiting, not txt, checked email and showed order ready. Went back to counter asked different employee if my order was ready and she grabbed it from rack where it had been sitting the whole time I was there waiting because I saw it there the first time. Told employee I waited 20min while it sat there and now cold and I have 15min drive home. She was like, "its under heat lamps", poor customer service, no offer to remake or take something off.
