First of all I would like to say I went to dairy Queen South water Street in Kent I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake with no whip cream I also ordered two single cheeseburgers. I pull around I pay for my order they give me my milkshake and then they give me my food we pull around take our burgers out of the bag My husband takes one bite out of his and it was cold so I reached in the bag I felt mine mine was cold so I went back in and I told them that my food was cold and asked them if they would remake it needless to say they did not remake it they put it in the microwave to where it was extremely hot and we were not able to eat our food. I sat out in the parking lot I called and spoke with the manager and he said well we can't refund you because you don't have a receipt and I said well the person that took our order and the person that gave us our food did not give me a receipt so how is that my fault The manager said well without a receipt there's nothing I can do I said well are you able to look up I receipt he goes no I don't think we can do that I said actually yes you can do that I said every fast food restaurant has an option on their computers where they can look up a receipt he goes no I don't think we do I said yes you do so he said one moment he found our receipt and he said okay I'll give you your $5 back The people this South water Street dairy Queen they're completely rude you got teenagers running the store you need to get people that actually want to work and want to do their job correctly and not serve people...
Read moreI understand that working customer service can be very difficult but there is a level of patience that everyone should show to every guest. "Suzie" and "Sally", as they said their names were to the gentleman that was having issues with the establishment, were very unprofessional and honestly childish in how they handled his issues. From what my wife and I overheard he had tried to place a mobile order for at least $5 to then get a $1 sundae. It didn't let him opt for the promo so only his burgers came through and he was trying to get answers as to what happened and ultimately wanted a refund. When we came in he was asking them to refund it and they explained that he would have to call corporate which confused him and they were treating him like he was an idiot honestly and like the entire thing was a joke and a waste of their time. They gave the fake names and then when he asked for a store number "Sally" said 1234 and then when he asked again she said 5678. Again I understand upset customers are not fun but the entire situation was not handled well and caused my wife and I to leave because they acted like awful brats towards the gentleman. Read moreI would give zero because that's what this place deserves I ordered two six piece chicken tender boxes large with large drinks and my chicken tenders were burnt their fries were soggy and there was no toast I called the manager Mason the top manager as he called himself and explain to him what happened he said if I didn't have a receipt there's nothing they can do I told Mason that the girl did not give me my receipt because I paid cash he argued with me on the phone very unprofessional guy told me that customers are not always right and if I was too worried about a receipt I should have asked for one so I'm out almost $25 because he wouldn't want to help me or replace my food because I didn't have a receipt told him to write my name my phone number down and give it to the owner of the place he said he won't be doing that what great customer service this place should be shut down for good and by some of the reviews obviously they're not listening to the customers or fans and always want to give them a second chance not going to happen "SHUT...
