Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Kent

Very sad to rate so low as we frequent this location multiple times a week for business and for the family.

Today, July 21, 2019 at 2:00pm I called to place a pick up order as we typically do throughout the week.

The male that I spoke with absolutely SHOCKED me. First he mumbled so badly I had to ask if I called the right place. Second, I informed him I wanted to place a take out order. His response was “ok” in an INCREDIBLY snide manor. Not knowing if he was ready to take my order I asked if I could place the order and his response this time was “uh, yea.” I placed the order and his response was “ok.”

I’m sorry but this person should NEVER communicate with the public and should be terminated on the spot.

If a single one of my employees spoke to a customer in that fashion they would be escorted out of my building.

We enjoy Mr. Hero but will no longer be going to this location until something is resolved with this employee. Hattie and the other girl who know us and our order when we come in are amazing so it’s very sad that it’s come to this.

Finally, fix the AC in there for your employees not to mention your customers. It’s well over 98 degrees in there and I cannot imagine what it’s like working there for these...

Mr. Hero is always a fantastic place to go to! I've never been to this Mr Hero because it was located in Kent. I got to tell you they lived up to their name they were a hero to me! I only waited 15 minutes for my food and I got to 10 in cheesesteak, two large deep fried mushroom and a onion petals! 15 minutes! That's all the time I waited for my food! That was fantastic! Yes, the prices are high. Not that I didn't expect that being that Mr. Hero has always been a little more expensive than other "fast food" restaurants. This store has been in this location as long as I can remember. There is no public restroom and there is very limited dining in space. The food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered online for pick-up and it was ready on time. I don't order from here often and was pleased with the service and product...
