I just want to take a moment to shout out David at Subway for providing such an amazing experience during my visit today! My boyfriend and I stopped by, and from the moment we walked in, David greeted us with the kindest attitude and a big smile. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
What stood out the most was how personable and attentive he was. He didn’t just take our order he made recommendations and was super knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested I try the new limited-edition ghost pepper bread, and let me tell you, it was incredible! I wasn’t sure if I’d like it at first, but he hyped it up just the right amount without being pushy, and I’m so glad I took his advice. It added the perfect kick to my sandwich and made it stand out from the usual.
On top of that, David’s energy and positivity were contagious. He worked quickly and efficiently while still making time to connect with us and ensure we were happy with our meal. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.
It’s rare to encounter someone so friendly and enthusiastic, and it completely made my day. I hope this review puts a smile on his face because he truly deserves it. Read moreNot sure of the guys name, but the middle aged male worker here was not having a good day. He was slamming the bread door and throwing pans around while cussing under his breath. He created quite a scary environment.. I could not get out of there fast enough! I felt bad for the girl working with him, kudos to you ma’am, as I don’t think I would’ve been able to keep my composure working with someone like that. Completely inappropriate.
(This also was not the first time I’ve witnessed behavior like that from this guy at this location)

Read moreToday at 1:45 I went to this location the tuna looked old I didn’t notice how hard and old the tuna looked until after the clerk (girl) started making the sandwich.. I told her never mind I do not want the tuna because it looks old.. I decided to go with the chopped salad. The clerk immediately got an attitude because I changed. I did not want to risk getting food poisoning!!! Attitudes in public work environments are not good for business. Employees can make or break a business.. I’m giving this location 1 star ⭐️ get it together. Employees need to know if the business loose customers the business loose money and if that happens they will be out of a job.
