Starbucks — Restaurant in Kent

I have been to this location several times now and they have always been polite and pretty fast in getting my order ready. I typically order only either their Mocha or Green Tea Frappes & they are always very good. So today I decided to give their food a try as their other locations have usually had decent, if not over priced goodies. Looks like the joke was on me today. I was told I got their last Turkey Pastrami & it was obvious this was true as it looked like they found this sandwich at the back of the fridge a week after it was made. Not only was the bread stale tasting, but it was also hard as a rock on one side and mush on the other from the purple slaw that I think was supposed to be cabbage.

Needless to say I expected a little more than...

Unfortunately went in and my drink was made incorrectly. I asked for a cool lime\strawberry acai refresher. I got a cool lime with strawberry puree instead after the lady rudely had to ask me if I wanted limes(obviously since thats what I ordered). Then my daughter had a passion tea lemonade and for some reason we got the wrong size(not sure what I got charged for since I was not offered a receipt) and the lady at the bar rudely yelled at the guy at the register. No one seemed to work well together here or communicate with customers well. Since I had no receipt to do a survey so maybe a district manager or just even a store manager could take action I decided to leave feedback here. I will definitely not be...

Actually I liked it... Their payment system wasn't working well with Samsung pay at the moment and i got one free, I found out it never even charged me at all, so it was an OK deal ha ha. As for value had I paid for it? The cost to quality ratio at Starbucks is so far towards "huge cost-low value" it's crazy they thrive, must be a status icon at the cubicles. Then I'm biased anyway... don't like anything I can remember hearing about them or them doing in the news either. Slave labor for smiles while hawking coffee marked up 800%. I hope they lose the label war with the FDA.... coffee isn't...
