Burger King — Restaurant in Kentucky

Well I came in at 2pm for lunch. Place was "not" very busy at all.

Waited 7 minutes before someone came up to the register to take my order. During that wait I watched over 7 people leave because they was not waited on, watched several people returning food because it was not correct.

When I got my order it was not correct. It's a new restaurant and I understand they need to work out the kinks.

Then while I was standing waiting for my correct food order to return, a young couple came in returning their food.

Two managers was at the counter asking what the problem was, one disgusting Asst. Manager with a tounge ring was either biting on her ring or eating food while talking to the customer.

Problem for me if the managers are unable to set great standards, how will they coach the employees.

I am leaving a one star review for Burger King because I stopped on the way home while I was really hungry and it kind of in a hurry and at the drive-thru there was no line and there was an employee talking to someone outside and when I drove through the window after waiting at least five minutes to order, it was the same girl who was talking in the parking lot. they told me to park and wait for my food. It is not a good sign when they tell you to park and there are two other cars parked waiting for their food also. And at Burger King! I feel like a sucker. I don’t even like Burger King. I was just very hungry. As I was leaving, there were four cars waiting and when I finally get my food and left, there was an older lady and a employee in the back smoking and taking a break the manager at the window apologized because I finally walked to the window to get my food or...

Couldn't wait for Burger King to open here in Shelbyville. I really missed that one of a kind taste that the Whopper has. I went there and was happy to see 2 Whoppers for $6 bucks. I ordered and was asked if I wanted cheese, I said,"Yes". Big mistake. 50 cents per burger, what a ripoff. Anyway, my receipt had a "FREE" Whopper if I just went online and did a survey. FORGET IT. It's a hoax. I went to pick up my "so-called" FREE Whopper and the kid say's $3.69. I'm like,"For what!??" He say's to redeem this coupon you have to buy the "Meal"/french fries and a pop. No Thanks. So I go to McDonald's and bought 2 Big Mac's for $5 and guess what? They come with cheese for no extra money. I get home and YEP, they screwed up my order. Lesson learned. Hell with fast food. These idiots really think they deserve $15 an hour????...
