Overall we have had good experience as I mostly order on the app and go to pick it up. Today however, there was a different guy along with the manager and he made worst sandwiches we've ever had.. They were dry, not enough dressings and he didn't even bother to pack them properly. My daughter tried to sneak in one to see which one was hers and the sandwich fell out of the packing in the bag... the guy picked it up and again wrapped it badly. I always write a note to label each sandwich as all 3 of us (me, hubby and daughter) are vegetarians and have different preferences for veggies and dressings. Only one sandwich was labeled and that too incorrectly. Very very disappointed. He wasn't even wearing a mask while the manager was. Since I'm usually on a time crunch I usually always place my order over the phone and have never had an issue until now. I then tried calling the one on Midland Trail and they wouldn't answer their phone. So then I ended up calling the one by Kroger the girl that answered the phone ask me to hold for a just a minute and sat the phone down.
