Burger King — Restaurant in Kentucky

3/24/22 I would return but i would NOT bring my family and expose them to this kind of very OBVIOUS behavior. Food was fine though it was slightly wrong. She didnt give what i asked for maybe because she was so busy trying to be rude and unwelcoming. Older Lady who works register around 9am has the meanest glare and is very short spoken and looks at you like she wants you to leave when you order and your a hispanic american. VERY RUDE SHE COULD BE SPEAKING TO A VETERAN

i speak English fine, i dont even know how to speak spanish. And none of my ancestors are even born in mexico for generations. So I’m assuming her elderly eyes deceive her. Even if a person is a here working on a visa or green card or what have you, they should not be treated with less respect or kindness. Shameful.

I say this cuz her hospitality or friendly customer service demeanor vanished as soon it was my turn to order. Makes you very uncomfortable Employer should coach this customer skill being that they lack it naturally. Not the managers or HRs fault they have this flaw.

Set in her old timer ways perhaps Some ppl never change Its quite shocking, shows poor character and upbringing. Almost pathetic how some people can be left so far behind with their behavior. Makes it very uncomfortable or unsettling to travel to new places that can be frightening to some good natured and well mannered Americans of darker skin shades who pass though. Shameful shame shame. RUINS YOUR APPETITE.

I go to Burger King this morning a little after 5 Nashville Rd., Franklin, KY. There was nobody inside and no cars to the drive-through. The gentleman came on the speaker. I waited eight minutes before he took my order then I pull up to the window and he just barely stick his fingers out the window to get my money while he drops it and I said really You’re parked over there and I’m not moving my arm from here so I open the door. I grabbed the money that was on the ground and I wanted it up and I shoved it in his hand. Yeah I was rude. He was rude. You get what you give so whoever the regional manager is needs to know how rude this man is he says he just take your money. I don’t need it. We ordered two double breakfast croissants when we got them they were cold. My husband took them inside and they made us two more when we got to the car they were singles and they were cold. When I took those inside I asked for the manager .John came out. I started to explain the problem and he just walked away. I said to the clerk may I please get my money back This man John walked around the corner handed me my money I asked are you to busy to even speak to me?
