While our server was very nice she wasn't very interested in what I said about the food when asked if it was going good & my reply was "No" But to let you know what was ordered. We had 5 adults & a 9yr old. I ordered the filet medium, 2 sides sauteed m/o & sweet potato. My Filet mignon "muaw, magnifique", my sweet potato, child! that thing was sad, sauteed m/o drowning in a bowl of oil & I found a bite size piece of French fries in the bottom of the bowl while fishing around. And this is what I said No to about not being good. Asked about the sweet potato & she goes yeah it does look bad we've been getting some like that. I can look for a better one. If there's an issue maybe let people know. Because everyone who orders sweet potatoes you, know what we're expecting. The m/o I said they didn't taste good, soaking in oil & the fry she goes well that's not supposed to be there.😳 2 people ordered prime rib med/rare both over cooked, dry & not seasoned. Yes, they give you a ramekin of drippings but with a piece of med/rare prime rib on your plate that plate should be covered in "meat juice". Last adult ordered a burger really nothing to say about it not bad but not woohoo. Then the 9yr old wanted the pasta. I tried to talk him out of it because I know he loves steak. He also loves pasta. But eh' we kinda like good pasta. The waitress heard me trying to persuade him to get steak but just stood there waiting for his order. When the pasta came mamma mia! I know Marinara/Neapolitan sauce everyone thinks it's supposed to have huge chunks of tomato & onion but it's not. Crushed tomatoes, no onions, evoo, garlic, fresh oregano, s&p may be crushed red pepper and top with a little fresh basil. Simple but so flavorful. Got a little side tracked. But nobody ate the pasta. I tried picking stuff out & the waitress saw me. She says I wish I knew I would have said something. Eaten the Caesar salad here before & loved it. But this was very...

I hate leaving these types of reviews but I have had enough. I have been coming here since they opened. Much closer than traveling to the White House location. But, the past 3-4 times we have came to the Franklin location it has been nauseating and poor service! We gave them another try tonight. Prior before my mother in law found metal wire in her salad. Tonight, we had to wait for silverware every bit of 10-15 minutes after our bread was served. Couldn’t put butter on our bread cause we had no knife. My husband couldn’t eat his salad cause he had no fork. Then I ordered a salad. My cucumbers were every bit of a 3 days to a week old. They definitely were not fresh. They were soggy and dried out. The type of salad I ordered does not come with cranberries and there were some hidden cranberries at the bottom. There was a black hair in my salad. I could not finish my meal cause my appetite was completely gone. The plate the salad came on was icky on the bottom. I usually do not complain like this and I am sorry but the dishwasher needs to be checked and the person who makes and preps the salads need to be making sure the vegetables are fresh and not a week old. Maybe wear a hair net too back there. The White House location is by far so much cleaner, and our food is always perfect every time we are in the area and go to that location. The last time before this time our waiter was absolutely rude and we heard her complain about how much of a inconvenience it was that we had to take up 2 tables. We always leave a very hefty tip and she messed that up for herself. We are very generous! From now on we will make the extra travel to White House when we can...

My husband and I go to this restaurant on a regular basis and we have had a great experience until last night on 05/12/23. We went into restaurant at 5:00pm and waited until 5:30pm and still no food. Looking for our server and cannot find her and later to know that our food was delivered at another table and then later they bring that food over to us to see if we want to eat it (NO!!!!!!) The server did a drive by and handed food to someone else and then expect us to eat it uggghhh. When our server finally came over and seen the mistake we told her we were not eating that food and we would expect new plates to be made. We had to be at appointment at 6:00pm and that didn't happen due to them making mistake and needing to remake everything. We were frustrated and when we did receive it we were pretty much over it by then. Not a great experience at all!!!! We asked the server to get her manager Charles so he could make this experience right with us as a customer. He came over and to mention he was a complete no excuse for a manager (Charles) He acted terrible and treated us like it was our fault to eat some of the food. He wasn't taking anything off the bill and could of cared less. My husband and i told him we would never be back and meant that. So if you go to this restaurant and ANYTHING GOES WRONG GOOD LUCK!!!!!
