Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kentucky

Did not, once again get what I ordered. Since I was a frequently dissatisfied drive thru customer I am very specific with my order. Today I ordered 2 Sesame bagels, not cut not toasted, 2 veg cream cheese on the side. I get to work for a 12 hour shift to discover what I got was 2 raisin bagels with 2 veg. Cream cheese on the side. The drive thru ticket clearly states: 1 Bagel w/ CC Sesame Bagel Not toasted On side Veggie CC Nothing, about this order is correct. So frustrated.I have just thrown past orders away but thus time I want to be heard. I am not interested in wasting my money any longer. Please refund my money for this 7 dollar...

At drive-thru asked if they sell specific donut, they said yes and added one. OK, ordered six of those and six of eclairs. Once paid no receipt given. Box delivered but no receipt. While waiting, checked box, order wrong-only 3 of first flavor and 9 of second. They took box, waited several minutes, handed back and order was still wrong. While waiting to get order and receipt, an employee said we need to move the car. The receipt states 13 donuts but only 12 in box.

After 15 min in line while they allowed other orders to purchase and leave, I still got shafted. This place is horrible! and prefers coffee...

I can't give a review on service since I ordered only a small coffee at v drive thru. No one acknowledged I was there after I pulled up to the window. They were all inside standing there. I ordered a black decaf coffee I left without the coffee and I never paid because they never acknowledged me at the window. By far one of the worst dunkin' experiences. I grew up in a place Dunkin donuts were everywhere. I was excited to go and get a good coffee well I won't be going to the Franklin Kentucky...
