Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Kentucky

I've ALWAYS loved Godfathers Pizza, but when we ordered today & got there to pick up our pizza the order was wrong. We used the Godfathers inside of Hucks in Lone Oak. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni & italian sausage & an order of cheese sticks. When my husband got back to the car with our order, I checked it & our pizza only had pepperoni. I looked at receipt & it said 2 topping pizza & cheese sticks. My husband took the pizza back in & told them & the girl asked him if we told them we wanted both toppings when we ordered it. Well, yes. The receipt showed that & we paid for 2 toppings. She preceded to tell him it would be about 10 mins & asked if we wanted to wait. He said yes & that's all she said. After waiting about 10 mins I went back in to get pizza. Told her who I was & they were cutting pizza. She handed me pizza & never said a word. No "I'm sorry about the mix-up" or anything. Kind of disgusted, I asked if we were getting a discount or anything since they couldn't even apologize & we had to wait so long. They just looked at me like I was crazy. Walking out, I realized she kept my receipt so I went back & asked for it for my records. She couldn't find it!! SMH!! Finally after a few mins, she found it & handed it to me. Still not a word. Very upset I just walked out. Pizza tasted great but service was HORRIBLE!!!! Will definitely not use that...

My pepperoni rolls were overcooked, way too spicy, and nothing like the fluffy cheesy pepperoni rolls I have gotten at other Godfathers' locations like In Beaverdam KY. My wife and I enjoy Godfather's Pizza and in most cases they are very delicious. But this one occasion they really disappointed us!! Our pizza wasn't it's usual golden brown delicious. And the cheese sticks were a tad bit over season. Definitely dropped the ball...
