Hardee’s — Restaurant in Kentucky

Could not get steak bis in town so i made the mistake of comeing here...i got 2 steak bis and hashrounds and 2 juice....the steak bis was garbage...the bis was hard and some of the bis where kinda like rubbery...the hashrounds where way overcooked...worst breakfast i ever got there...did not notice it tell got down the road...you could tell the biscuits where hard by just feeling them through the wrapper...i used to get real good breakfast here but the last few times this time being the worst i havent...would they eat what they served us i dought it....come on dont serve customers bad food like this...i understand places are short handed...but if they keep serving garbage like that they want be shorthanded they will be closed....as for me im going to start buying more to cook at home for breakfast and dinner...i want somthg good to eat and i guess if thats the case i guess i half to fix it myself ....the food i got here this morn left a bad taste in my mouth ...i wasted my money going here this morn thats for sure....my advice they need to improve thats for sure...i know they can serve good food they have in the past...i hope they dont serve anyone else what they did us...thats a good way to...

Avoid this place. I patiently waited for 20 minutes for them to do "shift change" because they said they can't take my order during that time. When I finally ordered, my food was made before I even paid. They placed an order of fries in my bag, which I saw they had not cooked fries the entire time I was waiting. I asked if the fries are fresh, and the cashier gave me a resounding "YES!". I tried one, and it was disgusting. Old, hard, and barely warm. I asked for fresh fries, and she dug through the freezer to grab a new bag, threw em in the fryer, and shook them around a bunch. Then, after maybe 3-5 minutes, packed em and gave them to me. They were so dark and nasty. They tasted of burned oil and something kind of sweet. Made my stomach hurt and gave me the runs, even though I only ate like 5 of them due to their nastiness. My wife's burger had something wrong with it too, as it tasted spicy, but it was just a candied bacon Frisco. I confirmed that it tasted really bad myself as well. These clowns don't deserve your hard earned money for such incompetence and dishonesty. That short haired lady cashier had no care at all, or any standards. AVOID. The location in downtown Corbin however...

My wife and I ordered two number ones. We were given our cups and our number. We got our drinks and sat down. Several people came in after us and ordered takeout and got served right away. The place was practically empty and there wasn't much drive through traffic. After what seemed like a long wait a manager walked out and wanted to know why we had been sitting there forever with no food, or had we finished eating?? We said no and gave her our receipt. She apologized to us and assured us we'd have our food right away. Then she brought it to us and gave us free apple pies. Thankfully the burgers were delicious, but it seems like the last several times we've eaten at various locations there is some issue. We keep trying because Hardee's used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but we're almost done with them. The manager gets five stars. I give Hardee's two and one of them is for...
