Amanda M. the manager there was very disrespectful and rude from the molment we got there rooms dusty hair in bed fridge didn't work pool was not heated and bad smell wasn't clean at all...they not only charged my card 1 time but 4 times!!!!!! Not one time did she apologize 4 anything cable kept going on and off after 4 hrs we gave up packed and left...Saturday went in person as Amanda M.stated to go to my bank and bring print off that I was charged 4 times so disrespectful to me and my bank as I called and had them on speaker. To make a mistake once or twice but to charge me 4 times 468.00 total was a nightmare we don't live out of town we live 10 mints from hotel just wanted to do something special for me and my husband a NIGHTMARE some people shouldn't work with the public!!! Told her I stayed 4 hrs got pictures and videos of the whole mess she said she didn't care still had to charge me. Told her I was dispute all charges she then raised her voice stating if I do that she will see me in court. I was like really??? Guess ill be going to court and calling news stations to cover it and provide them with the pictures and videos of our 4hr stay...im posting tgis to try and help others not go threw what we did...wished I would've checked the reviews on this place it speaks volumes!!! Also called and filed a complaint I wont be...

Nice people, clean comfortable rooms with 2 exceptions ( I had a number of lady bugs in my room and the phone never worked even though I mentioned it 2 times to the front desk). PLus the toilet after it was flushed was loud as it filled the tank. It almost sounded like a motor. Breakfast was good but has the same type of eggs 3 mornings in a row but onSat. scrambled were available as well). Nice to see bacon and sausage on the hot bar..I had to ask both morning for it and it was done quickly which says a lot for the cusotmer service. Good selection of breads but did not see anything but just white...whole wheat would be a good addition)The package oatmeal could be upgraded to the hot oatmeat in a typs of crock pot dish at not alot of cost but is so much better quality and taste. Fresh fruit was just apples and tangerines... bananas could be added at little cost but good value perceived by the customer? Pool was closed which was disappointing esp. to young families even in October. It looked fine but a sign said closed but no reason given. Real flowers in the front planters would a great addition and not cost much at all and again a nice touch for color and warmth. Sat morning syrup ran out which was frustrating to a few guests. So I been trying to get ahold of somone to get a refund but I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone and I went through Booking.com and they can’t get a hold of anyone either So the whole reason why I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and on the website the pool says it was open and there was nothing at the front desk that said the pool wasn’t open until we went to go to the pool after I’ve already paid and there was a sign that says the pool has been closed since 17 February And then we went to go eat Breakfast Saturday and there was nothing out at all, they said they had a breaker issue i rented the room form Thursday night to Sunday morning And then I kept getting locked out of my room because the key cards would never work I had a fight with it for 30 minutes straight each time I went to go get back into the room it was room 318 and Edit I did get a hold of someone talk to a general manager name Amanda and the Booking.com people talk to her too and apparently I can’t get a refund because I stayed my whole three nights considering I was trying to get a refund before I even stayed the second night and nobody would answer me So I had no choice but to stay the whole three nights because I had no money to go stay nowhere else so I guess lesson learned it...
