Rally's — Restaurant in Kentucky

This Rally's gives a whole new meaning to "fast" food--fast seems to be synonymous with time warp and "in no real hurry." One doesn't expect a whole lot from a "fast-food" restaurant, but service (of which the two late twenties early thirties men seem to have no concept whatsoever) was not even in the realm of consciousness. My son and I were the only customers when we entered the store. It took some time for the one gentleman who was visible to come to the counter and tell us that the man who works the counter was in the bathroom and would be back "in a few." "In a few" appears to be code for "when the shadows on the sun dial reach two more notches." When the gentleman in the bathroom finally made it back, he took his time making it to the counter. No apologies. No "sorry for your wait." Just a blank look of "I don't really want to be here; I don't really want to have to deal with the inconvenience of customers; etc." My son ordered a burger and fries. His was the only order. 10 minutes later, his food was "ready." Rally's or Really not worth it? Skip the Airport Rally's in Cincinnati--especially if you're not planning to set up...

REVIEW MEANT FOR THE FLORENCE LOCATION ON US 42!!!!Just received a phone call from I assume the store manger in reference to a complaint I sent two nights ago. She was so rude and unprofessional. She told me she will make sure I am blocked from picking up from her store. This was after she told me her store has to close early at times bc of scheduling and that they’ve been doing it for months. Well considering I actually live in SWFL and was evacuated due to Hurricane Ian, NO, lady, I wouldn’t have a clue you’ve been closing early for months. I will write a review every time you contact me ESPECIALLY IF YOURE RUDE & threatening. Furthermore, your stores actions triggered my complaint and you’re just mad bc you got caught.
