Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Kentucky

We stopped for a quick lunch, and to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. The lady taking orders spoke so softly, we couldn't hear what she was saying. I had to ask several times, and she never seemed to understand that I couldn't hear her. Then, the lady in the kitchen tossed our sandwiches and side salads onto a tray. The salads ended up falling off the tray. Not a big deal, but I think it showed a lack of care. As for the food, the cucumbers on the salad looked as if they'd been frozen. The sandwich was a disappointment. We love Popeyes version, but this wasn't even close. The bun isn't sturdy enough to handle the heavy piece of chicken, so I ended up just eating the chicken by itself. There were 3 very small pickle slices, no better than what you can get from a cheap brand at the store. There was barely any sauce, and what there was didn't seem to be spucy at all. I absolutely love this place there always fast and the food is good my only complaint is they are STINGY!!!!! AS ALLL GET OUT!!!! with the French fry seasoning and inconsistent one day there perfect next day they have none and if u ask for extra they literally put a pinch! Even if u offer to pay for it .... Its like when I ask for extra I actually want a substantial amount to add to the fries if I wanted a pinch I'd ask for that!!!!! The whole purpose I'm asking for extra !!!! Is because i like the taste and want to taste that seasoning so that's my only complaint !!!! When someone asks for EXTRA FRY SEASONING!!!! please stop acting like the fry seasoning bottle is made of 24k gold and giving literal sprinkles !!!! Was at Zaxby's December 30, 2020 . Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 drinks and a order of fried pickles. Fried mushrooms were so greasy that grease dripped off them. The grease was old and we only ate half of them. They were nasty. The two chicken sandwiches can't touch Popeyes. The sauce and buns were awful. The two drinks tasted like metal. This cost us 20.00 and was not food you would want to eat. We will not go back there. The health department needs to be checking their grease. My wife spent 2 hours going back and forth to the bathroom along with me. The young girls working don't care about the customers. Asked for napkins, none were put in the bag and with all the grease you needed them. If you want greasy nasty food eat there....
