Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Keokuk

Ordered online st 6:01, showed Heather began making the pizza's. Got into Dominos at 6:25 was told it would be an hour. I said no, showed that Heather began making pizza's at 6:01. Was told Heather hasn't been there, was then told she hadn't clocked out. They rushed our pizza's through, roughly being done st 6:40. I have to have gluten-free, so after about a year of too done gluten-free pizza, I looked at it before i left. The crust was burned around the edges, was so hard I thought it would break my teeth! Shift manager or whatever he was state's "oh I need to get that oven fixed". Didn't check husbands pizza until we got home and guess What!? His crust was burned around the edges also. The lady in front of me when I came in, had called and ordered her food at 5:07, got to Dominos at 5:40, and didn't get her food until 6:30ish. The shift manager was full of excuses, my first night, oven needs fixed, messed up on order and had to remake..... No communication to the customers, just excuses. This Dominos has become a joke! We called and ordered food. After one hour and nothing came we called the store to receive nothing but excuses and smart mouth comments from the lady that was supposed to be the manager (Kim).Then was hung up on. I then called back and the driver got mouthy and said she(Kim) was having a bad day then he hung up. He said he’s just the driver. My credit card was charged and never received anything. This is by far worst experience I’ve ever seen. I paid to be treated horrible. I run several businesses and would terminate everyone involved. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had six or seven orders in my cart for people at my house to watch some UFC. I finally get to the checkout and the 49% off coupon had applied to only two items. It wasn't very clear at all that the special 49% offer was for pizza and PIZZA ONLY! Nothing else!! Talk about embarrassing! You missed out on five orders.
