Was an unfortunate experience with a family member of mine. Was told you have to cancel a tanning appointment within 24 hours or you loose it, so if you are closed on Sunday, then Monday is a holiday when something comes up, how do you possibly do that??? AND there wasn’t an answering machine to leave a message! THEN, she refunded them(her husband too who wasn’t even there) their money and won’t let them tan here anymore.
