2 bad experiences ...and No apology until it became heated. 1st experienced missed an item in my order I called the them when I arrived home. She...a young sounding girl ..said no problem we will get you another on your next visit. I said..that just brings me up to even ? I thought that was a lousy response. Then she said ..sorry. The meat on the Whopper was cold and the milkshake was melted. The fries were luke warm. I did a survey on the back of the faintly printed receipt. The survey said that I would get a free Whopper for participating.
The next day I was near BK so I pulled insnd ordered. I clearly stated..re a large O ring at nc per missed yesterday and gave my order for the Whopper via the survey. I added a drink which I planned on paying for. The ordered window summery said $8.36 or so..and then it disappeared. So after pulling to the window the girl with purple tinted hair...smiled and I said ...why is my bill 8.36 for a large drink ? Well we didn't charge you for your onion ring..I said...no as I handed her my receipt from the day before with the code from the survey. She then gave me a nasty grimace and said...we got you..we got youthem and shut the window. Then an old grey haired lady stepped and to say...you didn't pay for an onion ring and your sandwich was to be purchased with a hamburger and fry.
I was so mad. ...I said READ THE RECEIPT. She said..oh you paid for an Onion ring..well we didn't charge you for it..Duh..I had already paid for it. Then she had to school me re the free Whopper...re purchase required
I hope that anyone reading this drives down to McDonald's or Wendy's.
These 2 co's understand what good customer service is all about.
IMHO..if BK employees had just apologized, given me what I paid for...smiled and repeated ...I am sorry for the inconveniences...it would have been a much different result.
I will NEVER be back. Let's see if corporate contacts me via...
Read moreI’ve never in my life experienced as much rudeness as I did at this place yesterday. I guess that’s what ya get when you now have lazy people who want to get paid but really don’t want to work to get it. First, we had to repeat ourselves about eight times to the woman at the first window. When we pulled up she looked as though she hated her job 🤷♀️ And just gave us a nasty look like we were a burden to her. Instead of taking our money she just kept the window closed for about 4 minutes and one time opening the window to close it in our face. One of us had to be at work so it was becoming rude at this point. We drove to the second window. The boy had the nerve to snap and get rude with us. Personally, if I was the one holding the cash I wouldn’t have even handed him a dime and drove off. He made it appear like it was our faults and we should go around back to the first window. Even when we told him, no, the woman was rude and she never even took our money somehow he continued to be snippy at us. On top of it all, he walks off and heads towards the back and has the nerve to talk about us and we can hear him!!!! He is literally making fun of us for their own unprofessional behavior. The fact they had the nerve to talk rudely and make fun of their customers is so...
Read moreWhile placing my order at the drive-thru speaker / intercom, the lady taking my order started Coughing and Hacking for about a minute. She then stopped Coughing and Hacking long enough for me to tell her half my order, then she again started Coughing and Hacking for about another minute. I then continued placing my order. When I got up to the window tp pick-up my order, the lady with the same voice did not have gloves nor face mask on. My after though was that I should have discontinued placing my order and just left. This lady should have been sent home by her supervisor for being sick. She should not be allowed to handled food that the public eat. I don’t care if they are short handed on employees. Their customers should come first before profits. That is what managers are for, to fill in for absent employees. As a fast-food manager, my cousin use to fill in for absent employees all the time. I am required to fill in for my fellow employees when they are absent and when there are not enough employees to...
