Im nicaragüense and i was thrilled to have found out a fritanga was open in the keys. I got the super asado mixto with steak and chicken. The authentic taste is there, me and my family absolutely devoured our plates. Everything was seasoned perfectly, delicious gallo pinto and queso frito. Great atmosphere, clean and inviting staff. Absolutely recommend fritanga Amerrisque to anyone looking for a different type of tropical cuisine than the typical food offered in the Florida keys. Definitely found my new favorite spot.

I normally love everything about this food truck don’t get me wrong! I am only writing this review so this doesn’t happen anymore. I had ordered a mixto the other day which comes with beef and pork and the beef is soooo tiny! Kind of felt skimped out on meat. Very upsetting still delicious.

Excellent food choice Meats are tender and juicy with good portions, chilero is the exact taste you'd find in a fritanga in Nicaragua, fried cheese has a good taste, unlike typical bland options you'd find in other places. Friendly staff and quick with the orders.
