I was in desperate need to have my Italian-made espresso machine repaired. The machine was less than 4 years old and cost over $700.00 so it was important to have it repaired properly and quickly. I reached out to several companies by phone and in person, even paying $25.00 up-front to have the machine evaluated. I was given ridiculous reasons as to why the machine was malfunctioning such as: I was using the wrong water, the thermostat was not set correctly, or that all my coffee pods were defective (notwithstanding that the pods were purchased from three different vendors at three different times). Then my girlfriend did research into a company named Saeco Service Florida, Corp., and spoke to the owner, Yohan. Yohan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. He repaired my machine in less than 2 days for a nominal fee. He shipped the machine back to me and to my surprise not only did he ship back the old parts that he had replaced with the new parts, but he also had thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside of the machine, and repacked it in a manner so that the machine could not be crushed during shipment regardless of any type scenario. After 4.5 years our Saeco Intellia was suffering and broken - the brew was barely coming out. We called Phillips service - their advice was to use toothpick to clean outer spigot... After cleaning etc it was still not working. So, we called yohan - his response was - likely water pump is failing, he can fix it. Well, it is a 3 h drive for us - so next day we hit the road, and arrived to Coral Gables to Yohan location around 10-ish. When he realized that we drove to bring him the machine, he said he will try to do work at once. And he did - we went for a wonderful stroll through parks of Coral Gables, and soon he called saying that he replaced water pump, did full service/cleaning/lubrication, and is testing the machine. Soon we were on our way back, and next morning were enjoying our coffee again, without any concerns. Great work of yohan, superb customer service and ability to adjust his schedule - we did not dare to ask if he can do with work while we will wait... that was a unexpected but very welcome surprise. I personally brought my Jura Giga 5 to Yohan with a error 4 and in need of general cleaning and restoration. Yohan’s estimate was hundreds less than I had received from a large service company. I was given a tour of the workshop and was impressed at the array of repair parts stocked. I was given a comparable machine as a loaner. To my surprise I received an email saying the machine was repaired a few hours after I got home (I live three hours away). Yohan offered to drive my repaired Jura to my house at a more than fair rate, which I accepted. I received the repaired and sparklingly clean machine (along with a bag containing all the parts that were replaced, about 18 including two temperature sensors) less than 24 hours after dropping it off.
