We went in here to break a hundred so we had some 20s when we got to Mexico. I asked if the could do gluten free and thought "hey, they won't have gluten free" and well get my wife something and be on our way. Nope. They were totally prepared. Dedicated preperation spot for gluten free. Specially washed utensils for gluten free And knowledge of their products ingredients . Fine, give me gluten free and three others for the wife and kids. I was a little miffed at the price $8 each. Darn near spent half the hundred. As we watched them prepare our ice cream, I started to feel like we may have underpaid. It's a lot of physical labor. I think they could make more money using the tools to do sheatrock work. Any doubts I had on price were completely erased after I tasted the product. Best ice cream ever.

The wife and I will definitely plan another trip to Key West for the icecream alone. Also, they're just really cool people. World needs more...

Fun atmosphere, vibrant colors, great staff. Portions are huge! The large is the size of your head. The medium is the size of a personal size watermelon. The shaved ice is refreshing with the heat and they don't have the flavors heavily loaded down, like how some flavor syrups can be thick like maple syrup. It's not sickening sweet and has a nice balance. The ice cream looked awesome. Great presentation. You must be patient for the ice cream. They literally make it fresh right in front of your eyes. They advertised on a coupon card that I received from my hotel’s concierge. I presented the coupon in good faith. They would not honor the coupon, stating it was expired. I pointed out that it had no expiration date on it. They then changed their story and accused me of being someone who would present a photo copy of this coupon…but they could tell it was an original and NOT a photocopy! I asked for the coupon back and they refused! They then started marking on the coupon, which was actually MY property.
