It's as good as a McDonald's can get, I got a frappe with extra caramel and they gave more caramel then usual cuz I was nice so BE NICE THEY ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU TRYING TO LIIIVE anyways something I didn't like was this woman who kept being rude and asking why her food wasn't ready and it should have been done by now, and she strikes a conversation with me saying a looked like a celebrity but she couldn't remember who and when another employee came out to idk do their job she scolded them and went back talking to me and I told her to give them a break cuz there is alot of ppl in driver thru and I quote she said "yeah but this is McDonald's" which isn't that crazy but that made me start exercising my freedom of speech by telling her fun facts about mc donalds and how they used to start out as a food truck and she looked dumb found by this and started saying she's been going to McDonald's before I was born and you learn alot with experience like it was a power trip and that I had to experience an event to know about it but like last I checked McDonald's was created in 1940 so she wasn't even alive to see the birth of Ronald hell she wasn't even alive when playgrounds were implemented so she clearly felt inferior to a 19 year old that know more about McDonald's then her cuz I had a hyperfixation on McDonald's for a second, she's 40 btw and I said mc donalds used to be faster but failed to mention when they were faster and why cuz I'm not good with social interactions, but back when mc donalds was first starting out there weren't that many items on the menu and the recipes were simpler and cook time was shorter cuz there was less people so ofc they were faster then, a hamburger used to be buns, patty and cheese now it's buns, patty, cheese, pickle, mayo, ketchup and tomatoes like come on guys have patience, good things come with patience and kindness. Another fun fact playgrounds were implemented in McDonald's in 1970 and playgrounds originated from Germany thank you for listening...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Just wasted 35 mins for bad customer service. I placed my order and paid for it. Got to the second window and the drive thru employee hands me someone else's order. I tell her that the order is incorrect. She goes into the back and comes with another order, I tell her the order is still incorrect. Then she asks for my receipt, I give her my receipt and she asks another employee about my order, no one knew about it. The drive thru employee is questioning where my order was because it's not on the monitor. Then some one yelled at her and she told me to drive to the third window foe my food. I waited a good 10 mins, after 5 cars got their food. At this point I'm pissed. I go inside and asked for my refund. The front employee asked for the remake order... and it has been ready sitting on the counter the whole time. There were 5 workers plus 2 supervisors in the front and no one bothered to question why an order was just sitting there. I got my refund without any apology from the supeevisor. I will definitely not be going to this McDonald's. This poor customer service experience has proven to me that it doesn't matter how busy it is or how many employees are working, the lack of team work and poor communication skills is evident at...
Read moreAte in on the night shift from about 10:30pm to 11:00pm. Food was delivered to my table in a to go bag, even though I was eating in. The bag was soaked thru with grease because the Double Cheese Hamburger had a patty protruding from the box and allowed grease to soak thru the bag. Good thing I was eating in. I would have been ticked off if I had not noticed the leaking grease and had gotten grease all over my new, $60K truck.
In addition, the burger had slid apart inside the box and there was so much grease in the box that the hamburger bun was soaked thru with it.
A few bites into the burger and I noticed both patties were still red inside all the way thru, though not raw.
After I ate ( the hamburger was edible though not preferable), I mentioned the issue, was told they were training a new cook. The Manager recooked the meal and I was given 3 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies as well. I did not intend to ask for anything but said I would take a couple of cookies when I was asked if I wanted anything.
In the end, I was very satisfied because not only did the employee and Manager display a good attitude, they went above and beyond what I expected, in order to ensure that in the end, I was a...
