I ordered a pizza on Dec 5th, 2021. It was right after driving 3 hours from my UTA (Unit Training Assembly) / drill week in San Antonio. We've always made this store our go to place for pizza because the quality never fails and the store is usually fast and efficient. I was told my pizza would be ready at 7:05pm last night (Dec 5th still). I drove to the store at 7:00pm on the dot and ended up waiting until 7:30pm in the drive thru. I called the store because the drive thru pick up was packed with cars and not moving. In the call I was told my pizza was ready and I could just come in to grab it. I go inside and wait another 10 minutes before I'm acknowledged. Loud music was blasting in the kitchen, and the staff was limited yet still just hiding in the kitchen. A cashier finally came out from the kitchen took my card, and went to grab my pizza, but could not find it in the warmer. So not only was I lied to about my pizza being ready let alone made, but I was still charged for it. For a customer who's been with this store for 4 years, this behavior was unacceptable. I've worked in fast food in the past and I 100% understand that rushes on weekends are overwhelming especially with being understaffed, however the unprofessionalism and the lack of responsibility on everyones end was flabbergasting at best and extremely disappointing at worst. Read moreI ordered delivery from this location. My order was for a large ultimate cheezy crust pizza, half pepperoni and mushroom and half Hawaiian with mushrooms. First of all when they cut it, they didn't pay attention to the fact that the pizza was topped half and half, so two of the slices had a combination of both kinds of toppings....if I wanted all the toppings on one slice of pizza I would have ordered it that way. Second I ordered 4 garlic dipping sauces, and instead of getting garlic dipping sauce I got ranch dressing. I called the location back to report the problem and ask for a refund of both the money spent for the dipping sauces and the 20% tip we had given. I was told that they cannot do that, and we would have to wait until the general manager was back to get a refund. They told me that they would leave a note for the general manager to contact me.... I'm still waiting on the general manager.
Update: It has been over a month, and still no contact from the manager. I left my information with the people answering the phone....so either they liked saying they would pass on my information to the manager, or the manager doesn't care to call back
Update: 10 months, still no call back. Haven't ordered...
Read moreJuly 4/2018 Update : I spoke with the Store Owner Mr Bert Smith! If you have ANY problems or conecens I would DEFINITELY recommend trying to get his contact information. After I reached out to the cooperate office, he was very prompt with getting back to me. He was extremely apologetic and kind. Unlike the STORE MANAGER Angela she was extremely rude, and inconsiderate being that we could not make it back in a hour to get our food, she said there was nothing she could do. Mr Bert said otherwise. Not to mention when I called on June 30, I spoke to Angela and Angela said! I needed to call and speak to the manager the next day. I called July 1 to speak to the store manager whom said her name was Jessica who was actually really Angela. Bottom line is that this store needs more training and better customer skills, starting with the store manager. I am really glad that Mr. Bert was able to help.
Called to complain to the manager Jennifer she wasn’t very helpful. Will be contacting cooperate office tomorrow. I would recommend passing this Pizza Hut up and going to the one on Trimmer Rd in Killeen. Way better, the service is excellent and the food...
