So I was looking forward to eating at this place. I placed my order over the phone. They told me my order will be ready in 20 minutes sat in my car for 10 minutes when inside paid waited another 30 minutes went to the counter ask them what time will my food be ready, the lady at the desk says she didn’t know very rude. Very very, very rude. I said I needed to know how much longer because I had to be back to work. 40 minutes went by already. The lady came back and told me she didn’t know and asked me if I wanted my money back. A lot of people I was there before my order in so once I got my money back the lady in the (cook)back had the audacity to say thank you so basically they didn’t even serve me, this place of business needs to learn customer service and how to treat people especially if you’ve never had their food. It’s a way to gain a new customer. I will never go back just rude as they wanna be. I recommend having someone come to your business and train you on customer...

Food is very flavorful. Other than that the portions and price a very poor. I purchase a medium jerk chicken meal close to $15 and I had more sides than meat. To be honest I had more bone than meat. I had part of a chicken rib, the bottom half of drum stick and a 1/4 of a chicken breast. If you are looking for a place that is filling and worth the price don't come here. I feel ripped off! I've had bad carribean food before but, their portions were plentiful for a lesser price. I’m totally disgusted not only is the food not all that they charge so much for nothing . I ordered oxtail dinner for $15 and brown stew chicken small for $6.99 sat down and ate . Then went back up to order another plate the same plate to go and the cashier said I’m sorry my mistake I was supposed to charge more so now the oaxtails $19.00 and the stew chicken double the price in the same day saying after 2 pm the price change . This is my 2nd visit here and the same exact thing happened again.
