Went here for a pickup order $10 pizzas they was offering for carryout I walk in I asked the lady her name is Cassidy I need a dipping sauce with my BBQ wings if they're included she said I have to pay for it then I asked why do I have to pay for it when it should be included as a dipping sauce with the wings she didn't tells me she don't know anything about that and she know the manager that knows so I then ask to talk to the manager name was Robert and I then ask Robert what was the reason of that and he said it's true the corporation other restaurants give sauces but not this one so I did say no big deal don't need no Ranch I have Ranch at home because it wasn't cold the ranch was sitting out it was hot so Robert then leave so Cassidy give me my receipt and I see I was overcharged for the pizzas when it was a $10 deal I told her ma'am I'm sorry to bother you but maybe you calculate this and see if it's correct cuz I'm calculating it and it's not coming out right she didn't grab the calculator and start calculating it and tells me know if it is wrong I told her okay will can you please refund it she gave me an attitude and calls the manager but I want a refund on their mistake she starts going off on me in front of the manager as I'm telling her this is not my fault this was their fault on they're an end and is asking me if I provided a coupon which I didn't need to provide a coupon cuz it was a carry-out special she is very rude very unprofessional very loud and very negative person just by looking at her she does not like her job Robert then comes in and starts yelling at her to go in the back and go hide and starts yelling on me because I'm telling him that's not professional for her to be doing that I'm not here to arugee you I'm here for food and my pizza I then tell him just credit my account the money that was overcharged I signed a paper then he starts giving me attitudes of the ask what was the lady's name that was giving me an attitude so I can call another manager on her tomorrow to explain that was very unprofessional while people as walking in and out of their business yelling on top of her lungs with her finger in my face he's told me he's going to protect his employees and that I don't need to know his employees names I did tell him you know what I don't want the pizza give me a full refund back on my debit card cuz they're disrespecting me as a person as a customer I am never going back to this Pizza Hut again very unprofessional and I got her name they have to call back from a different number just to...

My daughter and I went to pick up our order at 8:13 because she received a text stating that her order was ready. She entered the store and approached the counter, and then took a seat. Ten minutes had passed, so I got out of the truck and entered the store to see what was happening. My daughter was upset because the pizza was not ready, so I sat down and waited with her. Finally, the staff brings her pizza to the counter after waiting for a total of 45 minutes later and the order is wrong. My daughter ordered two large meat lovers and some other things; they presented her with two medium pizzas, one meat lovers and one pepperoni, also one large cheese pizza. The manager offered 15 dollars off our next order if we took the order as is; however, we had an order that we would not have enjoyed or what we paid for. My daughter then told the manager to keep the entire order and refund her money, and he refused. At this point and time, we are attempting to contact the franchise owner to help resolve this issue because his management staff needs to be fired for having a consumer contact the owner for an issue that could have been solved by management.
Problem The staff did not know what systematic processes or the order of events needed to be done to deliver a quality product. Management did not know how direct the process to provide a quality product. The manager refused to give cash back for an incorrect and substandard product. Poor customer relations! A change in management is clearly needed.
Please Note; If I ever use a Pizza Hut facility again, I will not pay online and nor will I pay in store before getting my order.

I gave the store a call at 9:20 to see where the pizza was at only to receive attitude about it only being 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be here and that it would arrive shortly 30 more minutes pass by and I call the store again because the pizza has not arrived I ask to speak to Taylor the manager the same person who just gave me attitude and not sympathy or concern what so ever other just simply said send the pizza back to redo which would of been another hour at this point I let the driver know go ahead and send it back because it was cold since the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a Taylor when I asked for the manager she said she was in the back cutting pizza I asked her to place me on hold because I would like to speak to the manager and she told me to call back when the store 11:30 after the store closed. I asked if I was a customer in the store unsatisfied with my service/order would you tell me to come back after the store closes? Taylor gave no answer so I asked for the number to corporate and to be placed on hold which she then disconnected the call. I called back several time not to be answered but here the phone picked up and placed on hold for minutes. After about 5 times of call I was finally answered at around 10pm and asked to receive the number to corporate which was finally given to me by a so called āTariqā Not only was the food not up to par but neither was the service.
I have never experienced poor service as such it is unethical and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone wasting...
