The name is what drove us to check this restaurant out and while the quality of food was note the very best, we did enjoy our visit. We may visit again, on a very lazy day.
+Parking/Location: 2 out of 5 Located in a busy small plaza off of E. Stan Schlueter Loop, so parking is hit or miss. The restaurant is in front of a very busy street and there are lots of cars coming in and out of the parking lot so hold on to your little ones!
+Atmosphere: 5 out of 5 Masks are optional. The staff DOES NOT wear masks. Indoor seating with no outdoor seating. Very clean, modern, and artsy. No seriously, the artwork is stunning. Latin music playing in the background. We were immediately greeted and lead to a table for five. There are booths and tables. The menu is simple and easy to read. It is written in both English and Spanish and there are a few photos on the menu for reference. We only engaged with our waitress, who was extremely friendly and witty, she made us laugh quite a bit. All the other workers looked busy and focused on their tasks. There is one private bathroom; the bathroom was very clean and didn’t reek; toilet paper was stocked as well as the paper towels, and there is a hand sanitizer station right outside the bathroom door.
+Quality of Food: 3 out of 5 Large portion sizes. You could easily share a plate with a friend or family member. We waited roughly about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. There is a variety of food to choose from (i.e. burritos, tacos, sopas, hamburgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, fries, wraps, tortas, parrillas, enchiladas, quesadillas, dinner plates, kids menu) my family and I shared 2 elote cups as an appetizer, and it was SO good! The quality of our main dishes was meh, the food was somewhat bland and the burritos we ordered were mushy and soggy; though, to be fair, we did order wet burritos; but still, there was a quality of taste of that was missing.
+Pricing: Prices are reasonable. $3 -...

We just left there because I almost had a panic attack. We dined inside and I was very disappointed. My child's food order came out incorrectly. He wanted a chicken quesadilla and they gave him a plain cheese quesadilla. I alerted the waitstaff and she brought out a side bowl of chicken pieces. I told her I would rather them remake the quesadilla with the chicken inside. She told me to hand her the quesadilla to take to the kitchen as "policy" to fix the mistake. She had me hand it to her in her BARE hands. No gloves or nothing. Then she brought out a quesadilla with chicken inside. Disgusted, I declined because how do I know that's not the same quesadilla that was in her bare hands? The manager wanted to compensate me with a free dessert but why would I want anything else from that kitchen? I paid for the food my daughter ate and left immediately. Never coming back even...
Read moreOur first time at this restaurant. Service was okay at first chips, dip and drinks were bought to our table. I asked for no ice in the cup of Pepsi. Cup was full of 🧊. The waitress asked me if I wanted a new cup. I said no😔 Now we are wondering why our food is taken so long, which came out slowly 10mins or more apart 🤔 😕 my plate should have been first or second it was a simple request. 😀 the plate wasn't what I ordered 😒. I won't go in too much more other than the price of $98. For a family of four, not including the tip😏at the end of the meal.. The waitress asked if everything was okay . We said it was alright 😏😔 I should have said if all of the food came out together and our cups were refilled, at least more then once and my plate was fixed right and if there wasn't a hair in the cup of daughter was drinking from 😒 Saturday lunch with family....
