Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Killeen

I initially gave this place 5 stars but their tenders have shrunk in size to HALF what they used to be. I guess their ULTIMATE goal is to be nugget sized.

And everyone that I know that was a Canes regular is avoiding Canes as a result. I just saw a long-time friend yesterday, and she said it's horrible that the prices have gone up and the size has gone down.

Will they ultimately go out of business being like this?

Hard to say - but not hard to imagine.

It's easier to get all white meat tenders from Sam's Club -- where they give you MORE FOR LESS$$ & throw them in your oven or air fryer.

Sorry just being honest.

Or buy the many fingers meal for a jillion dollars & then you might be happier but just broker.

This is ridiculous, I used to work in fast food for many years and as a manger I know there’s a specific way of running things for an establishment like this. I visit Canes regularly on my lunch, I work at a hospital so I try not to go to far. But they are always out of hot sauce, what’s the problem? Why are you not ordering enough product? The sweet tea is so inconsistent, but tonight was ridiculous, it tastes bad. I will definitely be escalating this last visit to someone other then a manager and will not be returning. The young lady asked me if I wanted ketchup and I said and hot sauce too please. She let the window go, came back and swung my bag out the window while I’m asking her did you put the hot sauce in here, she let the window go and walked away. [To be fair, I went thru drive thru and did NOT go inside.] 1st thing 1st, Food was awesome and Staff was friendly. TLDR: Go inside to order EVEN IF YOU WANT TAKE OUT. Here's why: My issue was their physical drive thru lane is horribly designed unless you have smaller than normal car. Once you get in you're literally walled in with raised concrete wall on 1 side and tall, metal looking, bending poles on other along tight, curve around building. I have white colored, full length car with low profile rims. The entire passage in their drive thru I was having to be extra careful as there was not much room left between either shredding my rims or side on wall or marking up front and other side on poles. My vigilance paid off as I didn't hit anything but there's plenty of evidence on wall and poles that others did not! Once made it thru and got food, it was so awesome I started eating it before...
