I had the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway in any state or country my whole life today. The manager Tiffany was very rude, argumentative, confrontational, and tried to humiliate me in front of her employees and other customers. I was trying to use a coupon for a buy 1 foot long get a second for free with the purchase of a drink. I'm allergic to the bread so I asked if it would be possible if she would use a wrap because that's the only thing has has been able to somewhat agree with my digestion. The thing that really has me agitated is that she made the comment along the lines that I was only trying to use the coupon because I couldn't afford to purchase 2 wraps. That is unacceptable, and as a customer is not what I should have to deal with when entering a establishment. I have been a customer of Subway as long as I can remember.
While speaking to the employees I offered to pay for the wraps separately to diffuse the situation. In the end I had them make the sandwiches on the paper rapper without bread because your manager Tiffany told me that she would have to put the contents in a salad bowl charge me for 2 salads and 2 foot longs and i never asked her to do that. Something must be done or said to her. This is no way to run a restaurant and mentor junior employees. I will not be back to this store! I may even post a review on Yelp or the Fort Hood/Killeen Facebook page so others won't have to be disrespected as I was.
