Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

Recently, in the past month or so, this location has gone down way downhill. I work in the same building and get coffee here at least once a day. I noticed the drinks are looking lighter, almost as if there’s half the amount of coffee it comes with. I got a coffee and it was white. When asked if there was coffee in it they rudely responded that it’s made with blonde shots. They remade it and it looked light but better. Blonde shots are lighter but they aren’t white or transparent. A co-worker of mine had them “forget” the shots in her drink two days in a row. Today another co-worker had a white-looking drink. She took it back and they made her buy an extra shot of espresso. The past 2 days they got my order wrong and were rude to me when I asked them to re-make it. This Starbucks is located inside the mall on Fort Cavazos, so no drive thru. The atmosphere is standard for a mall location and there’s limited seating inside and outside the store. We often walk around the mall and grab a drink or snack here when we need something to do. Overall, this isn’t a bad location. Most of the employees are nice and they’re usually quick to get your drink out. We’ve had a few visits where drinks weren’t accurate, but they remade them. Occasionally we’ve noticed the espresso is watery, but it’s not typically. If you’re wanting Starbucks on Fort Cavazos, this location is better than the TJ Mills Food Court location, but still not as good as other Starbucks locations I’ve visited. Ordered a new pumpkin cold brew ( I had one yesterday from this location and it was amazing). I started walking to the exchange and noticed there was no ice and the foam wasn’t foam at all. I tried it no pumpkin taste at all mixed it some tried again. Nothing I walked back (oh btw I’m in a walking boot with a child on my hip) and told one of the girls she was extremely rude and tried to say the foam had the flavor not the drink and I have to ask for pumpkin flavor in it. I said I just had one yesterday and it had a pumpkin flavor to it this is just coffee flavor and doesn’t have ice.
