First off, let me say that I love KFC. I have always enjoyed the chicken, but after the experience I just had I will never return to this location. Also, before you say that I'm being mean, I worked in food service for years, so my patience is null for anyone who works in food.
I ordered just a simple chicken sandiwch with fries. Not a family bucket, not a boat load of tenders, but a single solitary sandwich with a side of fries and a drink. The person who took my order was polite enough and asked me to pull to the side of the building to wait for my order. Red flag number one. After ten minutes had passed I had another worker come up and asked me four separate times if my order was something else as other cars were waiting. Another ten minutes goes by and I still do not have my sandwich. Red flag two.
I went inside at the twenty-five minute mark, and was extremely annoyed. I've gone to, ordered, eaten, and left sit down restaurants faster than this KFC could produce one sandwich. Inside the workers were reading off orders to each other and looking in bags, because they had no idea what they actually making despite having screens everywhere with orders on them. Red flag three.
I yelled behind the counter to speak with someone in charge and they looked at me like I had a foot growing out of my face. I told them that I ordered a chicken sandwich twenty-five minutes prior and that's when one of the workers snapped to and put a sandwich together in under two minutes. So, if it was that easy to make a sandwich, why the hell did it take so damn long? Oh, they forgot the fries to. They also forgot to put pickles on the sandwich, there was barely any mayo, and the chicken was dry and flavorless.

When pulling up to the restaurant, it was obvious that the line was very long, so to be proactive, we tried placing a mobile order. Mind you there is multiple signs up stating to pick up your mobile order inside and on their app. We waited in a parking spot until the prompt on the app stated our food was done. When attempting to get our food at the (locked) door, no employees bothered to look over at me or my fiancé when we attempted to get their attention. When another customer came to the door (after going through their drive through line TWICE) to have her order fixed they finally opened the door. When I stated we had a pickup order, we were told we had to go through the drive through line to pick it up even though I could physically see our food sitting there. We had to wait an EXTRA 20 MINUTES to get our food even though it should’ve been a quick in and out order. Then at the pick up window Ms. Savannah decided to give us attitude when asking why we couldn’t pick up our food at the door LIKE THE MULTIPLE SIGNS SUGGESTED.
