I just ordered from this Wendy’s and the manager thought I wouldn’t approach her rude, neck popping, snappy, childish behavior.
I’m currently sick and I received 2x10 nuggets ( burning hot but obviously old original and mixed with spicy) and two orders of fries ( steaming hot on the top, stonecold at the bottom. All limp, no stiffness, but that wetting cardboard mush feel. Some even hard to eat like, they must have sat for AWHILE at the bottom of the fry basket/under the heat lamp. Not a fry cook, wouldn’t know the terminology, no disrespect intended. ) I call to ask the manager if my food was microwaved before pickup and she tells me at first ( which I have recorded, DISTRICT MANAGER feel free to reach out to me) “well, it’s DoorDash so it’s takes awhile so whatever “….I corrected her and told her it was Uber eats, and we went in circles ( because she was irritated and didn’t care or want to be on the phone )…. “Your food wasn’t microwaved, I remember this order, well if you bring EVERY PART OF THE ORDER NON EATEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK”…
Nuggets can’t be completely tested until it’s in your mouth, I have one half eaten nugget in my stomach. Do I take it out or I get nothing ? No ma’am. When was it a policy to argue when you know you microwaved my food instead of making it fresh? Wouldn’t it be easier to just remake it or refund it ? Especially if I’m telling the truth? WHO IS THIS LITTLE GIRL TALKING TO? We are adults, I didn’t curse until she did, after I wouldn’t accept her bs stipulations. I’m not infecting people by choice, especially in food settings (which I told her). She shouldn’t have a position of power if your mindset is “the easy route”. A , just throw old food in the microwave because it “AiNt MiNe, they’ll be FiNee” mentality will get someone sick. One day she’ll throw something in the bag under temp ( which already happened based off reviews 👀) and give food poisoning or not wash her hands and serve the world her germs. You’ll always be a failure, and it shows in your work ethic and how you treat others.
Someone needs to address the staff here because this is ridiculous.
Side note: I will be launching a formal complaint with your Corporate office, District manager and food and health ma’am and I’ll bring this trash food back to you. Let’s hope your kitchen has as much attitude as you did when I called...
Read moreI just can’t with this location anymore. They have really gone downhill. While I have had some positive experiences here, the last few times haven’t been good at all. There used to be one particular manager who was fantastic. I haven’t seen her in awhile, so I don’t know if she is still there or not. She always seemed to be working hard and making sure things were taken care of. Lately, it seems like the staff just doesn’t care. The line is constantly backed up at a stand still. Orders are taking forever to be handed out in the drive thru. The wait time is ridiculous! Tonight, 09/21, I ordered two kids meal, a $5 Biggie Meal, and a large Chiki. I sat in the drive thru line for a solid 15 + minutes, with 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. When I finally paid (wasn’t given a receipt by the way) and made it to the window to get the food, the young lady at the window tried to give me the wrong drink. She was confused and didn’t know what was going on. I got the bags of food and the frostys, and drove off. I live in the neighborhood RIGHT by this location, so I made it home in less than five minutes. When I was getting everything out of my vehicle (including my kids and all their stuff), I noticed that the frosty cups had been overfilled and the lids weren’t secure. Frosty had run down the sides of the cups, leaked through the drink carrier onto the passenger seat of my vehicle. It also got all over my purse. That was mess # 1. After getting inside and giving the kids their food (which was in regular bags…no kids meal bags, no toys, nothing), I realized that I wasn’t given any sauce that I asked for. Nada. Zip. Zero. I then proceed to take the chili out of the bag, and the bottom of the bag falls out. The lid on the chili container (like the frosty lids) wasn’t secure. Chili had spilled out in the bag, and then the bag fell apart. Chili was all over the kitchen counter, thus mess # 2. At this point, I wasn’t going to go back (and I didn’t have a receipt anyway). It was my kids’ bedtime, and I certainly didn’t have time to return and try to address the issue. That place is a...
Read moremanager was really disrespectful, they weren’t busy. i was the only car in drive thru and nobody was inside. he took my order and kept talking over me and kept telling me to go to the first window even though i kept telling him i wasn’t finished with my order then i finished and went to the first window and he was taking payment as well. i was almost half way out of my car trying to grab my card from him because he wouldn’t stick his hand out, he starts taking another order and ignores me so i speak louder asking for my receipt and he smacks his teeth and barley hands me my receipt. mind you the whole time he was smacking his teeth and giving off a bad vibe and attitude. i understand people have their bad days and who knows what was going on, but i was respectful the whole time and tried to understand, but your a manager and your working you should try to have the best positive attitude, i get fast food is frustrating and stressful but that’s no reason to disrespectful a customer just trying to get a couple meals ( i only had 3 meals, two 444 and a biggie bad) just disrespectful in general, and my whole order...
