McDonald's — Restaurant in Killen

Just went through the McDonald's drive thru and ordered two double cheeseburgers not with extra pickles and two caramel sundaes both with extra caramel. One of the double cheeseburgers had the extra pickle on the outside and stuck to the bottom bun. One of the caramel sundaes had a kid that was too loose and it popped off as I was handing it over to my wife. We passed it back to the guy working the window and he took it we assumed to make another one. When he handed it back out it was in a drink carrier with a napkin wrapped around it I thought to make it more secure. No that wasn't it at all. He had taken a napkin and wrapped the original sundae that had caramel and ice cream running down the side of the container. It was a royal mess. The manager's excuse was the fact that they were short staffed and have a lot of new people. So because of that I guess quality products can't be expected. Next time I go to Dairy Queen...

i sit in line tonight at the mcdonalds in killen and they decide to send a little girl out to all the cars to tell them they dont have any closers so therefore they cant take any orders. I call the store amd the mgr. Jennifer wants to get hateful and tell me she is the only closer so therefore they r closing early. Now i remind u that mcdonalds dining room is closed and then they r gonna stop drive thru 4 hours early. I hope Jacks amd Burger king puts them out of business. Bad enough u gonna close but if u gonna close the drive thru the Mgr should not send a teenager out to tell customers, get a backbone amd do your job and tell ppl yourself. Poor mgmt and poor district mgrs. I would not recommend mu to either work here or eat here....

Great food, nice workers, good service.

I go by here often since it's right down the road, and have been going for years. My usual orders are McDoubles, McChickens, Big Macs, Chicken Nuggets, Egg Biscuits, and McGriddles. Everything is always hot, fresh, and tasty. Never had my order messed up either. I always check before I leave, but I really like how they repeat your order when giving them money, and when getting your food so you at least know they're trying to get it right. The people working there are nice and friendly, only had one experience of a rude person at the window, and I haven't seen her since then, I'm pretty sure she quit...
