King Kora Restaurant — Restaurant in King City

1st time at this restaurant. Unfortunately it's such away from busy area. Building is nice and staff is friendly. Unfortunately can not give it a better rating. Ordered chicken fried steak a d not only was it slightly over browned it lacked flavor and meat was tough. Frys were great clam shower was great as well. As for the Mexican plate I got fajitas with had much better taste good homemade beans and good rise I think they should stick to Mexican or work on mastering America food Other than thus all services were good Ok so it's August 27th and I thought I give this guys another try. When you are travelling & get tired of the chain restaurants, perhaps in search of real mashed potatoes, Real butter, & real Pot roast, this is the place. This was my first visit, & as a seasoned traveller, I carry with me a shield of cynicism. Everything was fresh, except for the crackers that were served with a salad, but I did not tell them that fact. I especially love the funky old historic mural across the back wall. Worst place I've ever eaten and I should have been forwarned being that it is in King City. Unfortunately, a friend told me it was good but apparently his standards are lower than mine. The waitress spent the entire time chatting with her friends at the counter while her kid ran around in the kitchen completely unattended. I think there is a law against that. No refills on drinks. The food wasn't that interesting probably because when I tried to order, the waitress kept trying to race through getting it written down.
