We stayed in this motel last minute since we were driving to San Francisco and it was getting very dark. When we got there, we were told only two rooms were available - one did not have a fridge and was 120/night and the other as a suite that had three beds and was around 160/night. Since we did not require a fridge, we decided to go for the first option. It was room 101 and we noticed the door said MEETING ROOM (or something along those lines). Upon entering, we see that it's the kind of bed that folds up into the wall. The room itself is very large, but it is had these disgusting, old dirty couches/chairs. The bathroom was dirty as well and the drawers were filled with old nails, screw drivers, etc. The bed was so uncomfortable and to top it all off, there was a beep every thirty seconds from the smoke alarm. The remote control for the t.v. was sticky and dirty. You may be asking why we didn't say anything - unfortunately, this was a last resort since we went to several other motels in the area but there were tour groups so there were no vacancies. Out of desperation, we stayed in the room and got up early to leave. I can't speak for the other rooms, but this room was awful and if it is ever offered, say NO. It was criminal that they offered this room, especially at that price. I would not...
Read moreVery disappointing! We stayed in room 109. My husband and I stayed for 1 night. Never again. Floor was discussing. Something smeared on the restroom floor and bedroom area. I hate to say this but i think the previous people who stayed had a dog because there was dryed poop on the floor next to the bed that someone stepped on. Some missing cabinets in restroom. No trash can in restroom so trash was left in one of the cabinet draws... gross! Toilet was gross and didn't fit the toilet bowl. Had an iron but i dont think it worked. No ironing board, one wash cloth, no conditioner. No coffee. No hair dryer. I have NEVER seen this before, but there were no curtains, just a very tacky window shade. No furniture except a small desk with a wooden chair. No luggage stand so there is nowhere to put your luggage except on the desk or small chair. No lamps, even at desk. Just overhead lighting. Bedspead had burn marks on it. No breakfast. Shady people hanging in the parking lot. We paid $108 in total. WAY OVERPRICED!!!Honestly, I'm pretty sure the Hotel 6 next door was better than this place. The only good thing i can say about this place is that the receptionist was very friendly and you are close to McDonald's, Starbucks, and a gas station. I WISH I HAD...
Read moreFirst I checked in room 243. Right when I walked in I walked into a huge puddle of water! I tried the call front desk with the phone in the room. It did not work! The light switches and walls were disgusting!! The fridge did not work. I immediately went to the office for a cleaner room. They moved me to 246. Again when I walked in, I walked into a puddle of water. Apparently it happens to ALL the rooms due to the AC. Room smelled MUSTY!!! Never had that happened at any hotel I have stayed in. I checked in pretty late so I just wanted to shower and sleep. The towels to use had stains and had a weird smell to them. The walls were filthy. I was going to get comfortable on the bed, and when I did so the sheets and pillows had dirt stains on them! I felt uncomfortable with the pillow sheets and took them off and when I did so the pillows also had dirt stains. I immediately went to a near store to buy fabric disinfectant spray. Never has this happened to me. I was putting my waters in the fridge and the fridge was sooo moldy!!!!! Do not book here!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!!! And instead of offering a refund, they offered a discount for next time! There will never be a next...
