Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kingman

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Worst place to stop at to grab a bit to eat. We stopped 40 mins before they closed, they only had one cashier working, and one person in the back. There was a line starting to go back into the gas station. The wait for the one person ahead of us ordering was ridiculous.They didn’t have anything available. Asked for spicy chicken was told they were out. Asked for mash potatoes was told they were out also. They only side the had available was bean and rice. After we finally we able to order something off the menu, we watched 3 other people order behind us and told the same thing on being out. They all walked out without purchasing anything. The fact that there was still 30 mins left and a line of people with no food available is uncalled for. Especially when there were more employees in back that came out to clean the lobby and finally help the last customer on the register besides the two that were seen when walking in.. The food that we order wasn’t good either. Not a way to run a place. Will not be stopping...

Shouldn't package items that are to remain cold with hot chicken and fries!! I ordered doordash and ordered a chicken Tenders Combo and one of the new cheesecakes for my boyfriend who didn't think anything of it. But both items were in the same bag instead separate. So chicken and fries got cold and cheesecake got hot. And instead of the chicken being in the warmer to stay warm it was on the counter getting cold while it was heading up the cheesecake they placed in the same bag. Tried to call in to let them now as this is a good safety issue as my boyfriend has been in the bathroom since earlier today. Idk who did this but they need food safety training. I also reached out to doordash but because it's a food safety issue it has to be escalated to a specific team and all I'm trying to do is get the message to popeyes so they can avoid making more...

I went in to the Kingman Az location to get supper for my family. Ordered a 16 piece dark and 12 biscuits only because they didn't have any sides to go along with it. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. That's okay but when I went back to wait after 17 minutes I get told they didn't have my full order because they filled other orders for people after my order. So I ended up waiting another 14 minutes for my order to be filled. If all Popeyes is ran like this one I will never go to another one. I spoke to the manager and she was nice and offered me extra. Then I overheard what must have been another manager say to her " well we don't just do dark meat, they either take both white and dark or they don't have an order." I spent almost $50 and they will never have my...
