Arby's — Restaurant in Kingsport

Took extremely long to get my order ,they did not have all menu items available, my order was NOT complete I ordered and paid for a turnover and I not only did NOT get it in my order when I went back in I was told , I did get it , because they only had 1 and it was gone , the girl who waited on me in the drive thru actually saw me come in the store and she literally went in the back and would not come out to talk to me (Hard to miss her with all her face piercings and hickeys on her neck ) I also did not get the turnover I paid for I also did NOT get a refund for the items missing from my order. I will NOT be returning to this store for ANY reason as I do NOT reward bad service nor do like paying for and waiting more than 20 minutes for my order and bring asked to "pull up" to wait for French fries to be cooked And to argue with me AFTER I waited 20 minutes to get my order that something was missing , that's just wrong I vote with my money and this store...

To whom is in control...me an my wife have been long time customer at this Arby's an we have gotten to know many of the people who work there ....my wife had took sick so we was unable to go like we use to ..but last week we started back ...my wife had become friends with the young lady who name was ether Kimmie or Kimberly at my age trying remember name is hard ....during our first time back in in awhile ...she an I sit an enjoyed our single chicken sandwich it was out date night Lolo ...my wife looked at me an said I don't see my Kimmie ...so I ask the young blond behind the counter she snapped back o we got rid of her ...again to who ever in charge ...my wife said if Kimmie not here I dnt won't come back here to a place we gone to bort every other day for years ....so please bring miss Kimmie back or y'all lose customer due her friendly face not there thank you again clenn an...

Worse arbys of all time clearly they worry about foodcost,labor and drive times over what the guests needs. Old meat more then likely held over from day before in transfer tray uncovered fries not crispy at all very limp a d been setting at least 10 mins past hold time. Paid $9 for one meal and gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet guess ppl can't read and verify tickets and screens now days i knew pulling in during lunch time and no one there eating it would been nasty and food been setting. Take notes from Morristown tn location yea u wait a very long time at this location but guess what it's fresh,correct and makes me keep going back I've tried this location on forthenry 3 times now and same way every visit please fix this and actually hire ,train,follow up on good staff starting at management I hate the arbys near me isn't good at all and never has been time...
