Once upon a time this place was the single best Restaurants in the area. They would always get the orders right. They're food would ALWAYS be fresh and flavorful. The soft drinks were truly to die for. Family feud or some game show would be on for your entertainment. If they made ANY mistake, they would compensate you with free food. Most food places follow a trend. You go there. You get amazing Customer Service. You fall in love with the food to the point of wanting to go back because you're addicted to their food. But the more and more you go back, the more the quality of the food diminishes until it becomes a problem. That, or some entitled waitress/waiter is expecting a tip to the point of tip shaming. Not this Burger King.
Then about 2 months ago, this place started heavily going on a decline. The customer service drastically has gone down hill. Where to begin? This one cashier Geneis, comes across very rude with a look in her eyes locked on you that is BEYOND condescending. There's the Assistant Manager Katie. One day I went to go place my order, and she coldly responded with, "What do you want." Not a "Hi welcome to Burger King can I take your order" just rudeness. I'm SHOCKED someone like that even IS a manager. I almost confronted them about it on the spot. She also looked at me with those eyes, the same look down on you, condescending eyes.
Let's next talk about the food quality. Almost EVERY time lately I've gone to BK, they get my order wrong. I've even ordered in a very SLOW AND STERN tone, nice and clear to make sure they don't mess it up, and they STILL DO. The fries are always on point but the burgers always taste bland and lifeless UNLESS the Chef Austin is in the Kitchen. Today was the final straw. I made a clear order. The cashier repeated it back. It said ON the wrapping exactly what I ordered. 2 Cheeseburgers Only ketchup, 2 large fries and a drink. I take one bite. THERE WAS MUSTARD on it... I cannot stand Mustard. That was a bad taste that took forever to get out of my mouth. Is it being that selfish to want the order that I pay for to be made the way I order it? I made mention that the only good cook back in the kitchen is Austin. I should not have to scout out when Austin is in the Kitchen just to get a really good meal while every other time it taste like garbage. On a few occasions, the cheese is still cold when I'm given it.
Next up is the TV. Pretty sure they lost the remote or something cause half the time it's not even on unless you specifically request it.
It doesn't matter what time of day I come in, it's the same issue. I've just stopped ordering a burger at all AT BURGER KING, because the people in the Kitchen can't even get it right. At one point I over heard in the kitchen one of the preparation people continuing to get orders wrong to the point of the manager saying "I DONT WANT TO KEEP HAVING TO REMAKE ORDERS!" Not exactly a good look for the business.
It disappoints me greatly I have to go against all the praise I once sang for this place because it was that good. I've been VERY passive about marking this place down for their mistakes but enough is enough. It needs to be said. If they improve, I'll bump up the score but for now this is my 1 star review.
Update 7/9/2025: Katie the Assistant Manager was rude and disrespectful when taking my husbands order. She completely ignored me and coldly asked my Husband "What do you want?" When she served us our food, she didn't come to the table, and rudely said to my husband "HERE YOU GO!" All dismissively. I finally snapped back at her saying. "TRY A BETTER ATTITUDE NEXT TIME" sticking up for my husband. I almost immediately heard her trash talking me behind my back in the kitchen to the employees. I ordered the double sausage egg & cheese croissant meal and he ordered a bacon egg & cheese croissant meal. When we received our food, I didn’t receive my double sausage egg & cheese croissant - we got three bacon egg & cheese croissants instead. I apologized for inconveniencing them and also informed the manager that my order was wrong. She never apologized or anything for THEIR mistake. At this time, they were changing over for lunch. I had to wait a few minutes for my correct order. When my order was finally ready, the manager did not own their mistake. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. At 10:57am on 7/21/21 went through the drive thru with my son and ordered 1 spicy ch'king, 1 regular chicken sandwich, "bacon" double cheeseburger and 2 orders of fries was told to pull up and wait "10 to 15 minutes" for the spicy chicken. Which took 15, but didn't mind waiting.
WHAT WE GOT: 1 spicy chi'king, 1 order of cold fries that probably sat under a heat lamp the entire time we waited. 1 regular burnt chicken sandwich, and 1 double cheeseburger.
