Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kingsport

Hello there ok so i am trying to reach the boss the one over every store. Yeah the big people so to speak. Im writing about the domino's in kingsport Tennessee on center st. I do believe. Okay the people that was rude disrespectful and laughed because a young man was disabled and wanted your pizza. Yeah he was hurt he already battles his own depression isues due to being paraplegic and all he ask was could they bring the pizza out to him and i dont see that being a issue bc yall take pizzas up to a door house why couldn't you take to his car. And before u go asking why did he come there. Just think maybe something came up his mother couldn't ride an they thought they could send him or maybe bc he already suffers from depression he wanted to feel independent so his mother helped him in the car he drove with hand control's and then to your door why couldnt one of the 2 employees that just laughed at him brought his pizza out so now this young man may suffer more long term isues with depression possible even anxiety now bc the fear of how employees treated him i believe you yourself owe him an apologie as well as the 2 on your team in kingsport Tennessee. Okay I was very upset at first because they are low in helps if you need a job this would be the place to go right now I was very agitated I called and ordered pizza like I do every month or two weeks and instead of the police arriving within 15 minutes like they originally said I called about an hour later they said it would be another hour before my pizzas was delivered so I told him never mind and I drove him got it myself but when I got there my pepperoni extra cheese was burnt I was agitated and I did not realize it was burnt until I got home so I called threw a fit about it I told him I was going to be bringing it back but they would be making me nothing like special after I paid $26 and something change for just two pizzas and after paying that much you would have thought my pieces would get hot fresh ready no old disgusting burnt Ashley called the other store because I thought Stewart had still owned then he does. Know more anyways they made it to where I will never order pizza from there again but they did fix the problem before kids that was hungry in my Apartment ate the ham and pineapple but that was my pizza so I did throw one hell of a fit they ended up making me two new pizzas and of course apologize to me but here's the fact of the matter I'm very thankful they done that but they should have called me instead of an hour and a half later and me calling and then again they tell me it will be another hour before they should have called and...

The food was fine, but the delivery driver was very rude and as a result I will NEVER order from Domino's at this location again. I mistakenly entered the apartment number next door...(I'm visiting family) I was waiting near the front door anyhow, so when I heard people talking outside I went out, and it was indeed the pizza guy. While I was walking outside he was calling my phone, so I didn't answer it...When I got outside and politely apologized for my honest mistake he was already making rude comments to the neighbors about me...I heard stuff about getting jumped, getting shot, and all those things were apparently my fault...(In a well-lit public apartment complex, he came next door to mine...SMH) Once he saw me, he rudely called me Jethro and lectured me on my voicemail box being full, (he called once while I was walking out) and his tone was extremely rude as was his demeanor. I was so angry I didn't even realize I still left him a card tip that I now regret VERY badly. I will be copy/pasting this incident to the corporate office. My simple mistake cost him about 2 minutes of inconvenience, and he handled it with zero professionalism and is a horrible representative of Domino's and their brand.
